More than anything I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every
one of you who have made my business
possible. I would like to thank each person who trusted in me and in my work,
from my first customer, to the more than 365 in
my first year, to the very latest one.
To my first customer (Jenny in Sweden) most especially because she trusted me
although I was so far away, had 0 feedback and
she was very supportive, encouraging and her kind positive feedback gave me all
the strength to keep going.
To Sigi in Germany, to Issa in Belgium, to Bob and Elena in the USA, to Tanya in
Latvia, to the Iron Maiden, Motorhead and
Bon Jovi fans who always visit my store and continue trusting in me, customers
from every continent, including my country
(Argentina).
Believe me, the most wonderful part of my work is reading your positive feedback
and receiving many personal messages from
you, full of kind words, telling me how happy you are with the items you've
received.
As you will see, most of all my store is a world of clippings. Many of you know
that it's not an easy task as there are
millions of artists in the world, each with their own fans and avid collectors,
and there are about 20 or 30 artists in each
magazine to separate and classify.
My clippings reach my customer's hands in the best condition, perfectly ready to
be added to a scrapbook.
At this time I only accept payment via PayPal as it is the fastest and safest
method for both parties.
I ONLY ship packages via Registered Mail, no exceptions. This prevents any
package from being lost in the mail and both, the
customer and myself, can track its progress via the internet, therefore I
guarantee delivery and am 100% responsible for each
package sent to any part of the world.
Since my first day I understood that eBay is a great big community and that we
are all responsible for it, therefore I always
leave feedback as soon as I have completed my end of the deal, that is, once I
have received payment and the package is sent.
Unfortunately, this system has lost me at least 50 feedback points so far but I
won't let that change the way I view our
community or how I run my business so I will continue to leave feedback in the
same way. Hopefully every understands, like I
do, that even 1 positive feedback point is very important for both parties.
