My name is Angelique. I get asked about my name quite often.....My Mom was a big fan of the old soap opera "Dark Shadows", which was about vampires and witches, and she fell in love with the name "Angelique" which was that of a witch on the show.

I've been married for 17 years, and have two great daughters -- ages 15 & 12. I am both a buyer and seller here on eBay. Usually I sell due to all the buying :) My family and I have different collections, and they've all been nagging me to put their extra items up for auction for them. Also, I'm always looking for hard-to-find things to help them complete their collections. In addition to selling things for my family, my husband has been badgering me to relinquish my "pack-rat" ways, so here I am.

I am truly an honest person and try to describe things as best as I can, noting any and all flaws. Please ask questions if you are not sure about something in my descriptions, I answer all questions as promptly as possible. Communication is SO important, and can avoid so many problems.

I package very carefully and do not sneak in any handling charges or hidden fees. As I mentioned above, I buy more than I sell so I have shipping & packaging supplies galore--I recycle, so there's no need to figure in any added costs/fees for supplies :) Shipping amounts are for the EXACT shipping charge and I always enter the EXACT weight of the package into the shipping calculator. If and when my calculations are off more than $1.00, I automatically refund the difference. Yes, we sellers have overhead (listing fees, final value fees, paypal fees, etc.) and sometimes have the need to purchase a special box or special padding, but all those costs are reflected in my starting bids or buy-it-now price.

I usually ship via USPS Priority or Parcel Post, whichever is requested, but for bigger, heavier items, I offer to ship FedEx in my description, as they always seem to be the least expensive. (What can we do to get eBay to add FedEx to the shipping rate calculator? Anyone know?) I always ship within 3 business days of receiving payment and with any USPS shipments, I always include Delivery Confirmation (at my cost) so that the winning bidder will have tracking numbers with which to check on expected delivery of their package. :)
