   Ans. You can find it in the S&H cost in the description section of the auction. If your Country or Delivery address in our Remote Area list additional S&H charge will apply. Please check our list to see if your country is on the remote area.
   
   
2. Why do I need to provide my Telephone number? back to faq
   
   Ans. We are sorry to say that we cannot ship any orders without a Telephone number, It is a requirement for International Shipping and be assured that all information given to us will be treated confidential.
   
   
3. How long it will take for the my order will arrive? back to faq
   
   Ans. We ship orders as soon as we received payment (eCheck payment was cleared), and all necessary informant needed. And it will take 5-9 days delivery time. We will try to send the tracking information.

7. How do I received my item? back to faq
   
   Ans.We carefully pack orders so they may arrived in a very good condition. We wrap the item with bubble wrap plastic to avoid the item from having some creases and we use Custom made triangular tube box.
   
   
8. Which box you are using for stretched item? back to faq
   
   Ans.We are so sorry to inform you that we are using our own carton box for the stretched items since or does not fit with our stretched items. But we do the same for the stretched items... we wrap it with bubble wrap plastic to make sure that the item will arrive safely.
   
   
9. Do you Ship to APO and PO BOX Address? back to faq
   
   Ans.We can not guarantee we can ship to this address. But we recommend giving us a residential address or the work address for delivery address.
   
   
10. Why is my item not yet shipped / On Hold? back to faq
    
    Ans. There will be many reason why is your order is on hold
    a. Incomplete Payment of Shinpping and Handling Fee.
    b. You did you provide your Telephone Number. (Information in Paypal and eBay are sometime not up to date)
    c. Your order maybe is still on Transit.

   Ans. Yes, we do offer gallery wrapped stretching service. When you avail our gallery wrapped stretching service, you will received your item ready to hang and frame will be optional.

   Ans. There will be no additional shipping & handling fee will be charge.
   
   
4. What is the difference between Stretching and Framing? back to faq
   
   Ans. Stretching is the process of mounting a painting (artworks) in a wooden frame. Framing is the decorative border design around the painings it give more life to a painting.

   Ans.Well, that's 100% guaranteed. All our items will arrived to the buyer with signature and Certificate of authenticity.

   Ans. Yes, We provide COA to all of our Paintings.
   
   
5. Are your Artworks Original and 100% Hand-painted? back to faq
   
   Ans.We guarantee all our buyers and customers that our Artworks are Original and are 100% Hand-painted from scratch to finish. And neither any printing device was used to produce or create our Artworks.
   
   
6. Can you make custom paintings? back to faq
   
   Ans. Yes, we do accept custom painting. You can discuss your specifications for the paintings with us and when the custom painting was finished, we will send you some photos of it for your evaluation. And we will post it on eBay with "Buy It Now" option with the price that we have agreed upon

1. Do you accept other payment method besides from PayPal? back to faq
   
   Ans. Yes, we do accept payment through credit card. But we need to send a PayPal invoice to buyers and they must process payment through that invoice and complete the transaction. So you can send us your payment even if you don't have PayPal account. We also accept payments through Western Union.
