Steven Klein is one of the foremost artists working in the folk art tradition in the United States. He has a very extensive resume, which includes countless gallery shows, famous collectors, prints, collector items, publications, and licensed products, both in the United States and internationally. He also participates in many juried art shows during the year.
Steven has won many honors and awards over the years. Recently he won first place in the competition of Art and Architecture, Historic Homes of Nassau County , Long Island, New York. He was awarded a one man show at one of the historic homes, Cedarmere, in Roslyn, home of William Cullen Bryant, which lasted through the end of October, 2005.
Another recent honor, September 2005, was the Landscape Award, for the Washington Square Outdoor Art Festival, in the famous Greenwich Village in New York City.

Selling Steven Klein's art work is a true labor of love. Steven Klein is my dear husband of 30 years. He was an artist when I met him, and he continues to be one today. I think that was one of the main things that attracted me to him. I had always been a lover of art, and when I saw his paintings it was love at first sight. It gives a new meaning to "do you want to come up and see my sketches?" However he was living at home with his widowed mother, grandmother, grandfather and sister, so it was not like in the movies.
