The Art Haber Fine Art website (http://www.arthaberfineart.com) was launched on March 14, 2007. The gallery is the exclusive Internet sales agent for artist Stanislaus J. "Stan" Sowinski, and features his original oil and watercolor paintings and his signed prints. Mr. Sowinski is one of California's most successful and influential artists of the past 60 years. His finished works, which include oil and watercolor landscapes, seascapes, still lifes, figuratives and nudes, wildlife art, cowboy and indian/western art, and limited edition signed prints, are guaranteed to deliver a bright, colorful, visual impact as well as his own, distictive interpretation of nature and the world around him. Rendered in a traditional style, many of his landscapes and seascapes depict scenic and historic locations throughout California and the Southwestern United States. Mr. Sowinski is also an authority and master of the Byzantine style Icon, and has completed many special religious theme commissions and placed large scale Icons in Orthodox and Catholic churches throughout the San Diego area. His large scale oil paintings grace the walls of a university, corporate headquarters, restaurants, city halls, and many public buildings.
