My ebay philosophy is plain and simple.

No surprises and 100% customer satisfaction.





                                              

MORE ABOUT MY PHILOSOPHY

My ebay activities run on two simple principles:

1.  I am an honest and considerate ebayer and I believe other ebayers will reciprocate in like manner.

2.  I work very hard to keep my customers happy -- and my 100% feedback is testimony to those efforts.




To live by the above 2 principles, here are some of my basics:

I try to provide products that will bring you good value.

Though I am ethical and professional, I try never to lose the "human" touch in my trading.

I welcome e-mail from Customers - they could be questions, advice, feedback or just sharing.

I answer all mail promptly - within 24 hours is my guideline - but under normal circumstances, much sooner.

I want you to be happy with anything you buy from me. If you are not, please tell me why and I'll do my best to help.


HOW I AM SET UP

I work from home and ebay is my "one person" show.

I read, research, procure, photograph, design my auction pages, list, answer e-mails, invoice and ship all on my own.

That can be a lot of work, believe me!

So I am thankful and highly appreciative of my very supportive family who not only make it all possible, but also inspire me to keep going.

If I could, I would work 24/7 at this and I'd love every minute of it.

ebay gives me the perfect opportunity to do what I enjoy -- buying, selling and meeting people. I have been selling online since 2003.

It feels wonderful to have visitors at my listings -- that's why I try to offer superb value.

A happy customer is my best reward.

HOW I STARTED OUT

My tryst with ebay began when I found that my clutter (I am a confirmed clutter bug!); was growing out of control and taking over my home space.

e-bay became my destination for listing items around my home that I could not bring myself to junk -- because I knew somebody else could have a very good use for them.

I soon caught the ebay fever and before I knew it, I had to start shopping around to support my ebay addiction!

Please check back often. I constantly look around for items that are useful, vintage, interesting or unique. When I stumble across a hidden treasure, I pick it up with the express intent of passing it along to you on ebay.
