Albert de Jaeger was my grand father, he received many prizes for his art including the most prestigious Premier Grand Prix de Rome, he managed to create his own style which includes such fine engravings and low relief works as in the Saint Louis and Proust medals and high relief medals as well with the " Bonaparte" and " Charles de Gaulle " medals.

I am proud of Albert, his work, my beloved grand father, a great artist, When I look at his medals it makes me love them and love Art ! And who wouldn’t when you look at the Saint Louis medal picture above ?
