Q1)How To Make Payment

| A1) There
are two ways to pay for your order. Regardless of how you want to pay,
please follow these directions:
First
way to Make Payment:
- Go to the auction page you've
won on eBay.com
- Find a yellow box in the middle
of the auction page that looks like the picture below and click on
the
that says
as indicated:
- If asked, enter your registered
email with eBay. (anything else will not work).
- Follow the instructions.
Second
way to Make Payment:
1) Go to:
https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp
2) Enter your eBay registered email address and the eBay ITEM NUMBER.
3) Click on GO
4) Click on CHECKOUT
5) Optional Step: If you are trying to add more items to the shopping
cart to your in addition to the items you have won on eBay:
You can enter the title of each auction into the search box at the top
right hand corner. Once you see the results, click on the
BUY THIS ITEM NOW button. You can search for more items as you need
and then hit checkout when you are ready to make your payment.

A2) How To Track Your Order or find out if it had
shipped?

A2) I will send you an email as soon
as your order ships. This email includes all shipping and tracking
information if available. Please note that you can also get this
information at any time automatically at this link:
https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp
from there, you need to enter the item number and your email address.
From there, you need to click on the "Pay for Auction Page". This
will NOT make you pay again if you have
already paid. The resulting page will show you the status of your
order and if it has shipped or not. If your order has shipped
already, you be presented with the tracking number and the shipping
method as well.

Q3) Tracking my orders using DHL, USPS and what the
messages mean?

A3) Accepted means it was accepted
from the Post Office when I dropped it off with them. I live in New York
and I ship from there. You will get your poster within 5 business days
from the accepted date. Please note the post office dose not offer
real time tracking such as UPS or DHL. So, most of their messages
about the package's status is cryptic. Please be patient and they
order will show up. You can track your orders at these site:

Q4) I need to double check the address you are
shipping to. Can you adjust it for me?

A4) Normally you will have a change to
change the address that is pulled automatically from eBay at my checkout
pages. However, if you did not or are not sure, you can follow
these steps to verify the address your order will ship to:
Go to this link:
https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp
from there, you need to enter the item number and your email address.
From there, you need to click on the "Pay for Auction Page". This
will NOT make you pay again if you have
already paid. The resulting page will show you the status of your
order and if it has shipped or not. If your order has shipped
already, you will be presented with the tracking number and the shipping
method as well. At the bottom of that screen, you can verify the
address your order is shipping to.

Q5) Is this framed?

| A5) I sell framed and unframed items.
If an item is framed, then it is CLEARLY stated within the auction page.
If it is not stated there clearly or if it is ambiguous or unclear, that
means one thing, that it is NOT framed.

Q6) Are the measurements of the print only, or for the
entire piece framed?

A6) If an items is FRAMED the size
given is the size of the frame from corner to corner. See image
below. I sometimes can list the size of the picture inside it if I
have that information. However, if it is not listed there, this
means that this information is not available.

Q7) Does framing include glass or acrylic?

| A7) The framing includes museum
quality acrylic. I cannot use glass because it cannot ship safely.
I wish I could use glass, it is cheaper. Much cheaper. The
acrylic I use is not those thin cheap ones you can get at the mall.
These are nice 1/8" thick framer's grade plexi glass. They look
the same as glass and they do not break.

| Q8) How do you combine
shipping? |

A8) I do combine shipping. There
is ONE important thing about qualifying for that. You MUST pay for
all items at the same EXACT time in ONE order. This is most
important.
Most of the time the way it works is this, you take the highest of the
shipping costs for all the items you are interested in, and just pay
that. For example:
Item 1 Ships for $5.00
Item 2 Ships for $6.00
Item 3 Ships for $7.00
You will pay $7.00 to have all three items shipped in the same box.
This is if they can fit in the same box. The checkout link will
determine that on the fly. If they do not fit in the same box, you
may be $10.00. This is automatically determined.

How do I make payment if an order is already created? or Change

A9)
If an order is created for you, you can go to it and make your
payment. You can use your preferred method of payment.
Here is a step by step:
1) Go to:
https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp
2) Enter your eBay registered email address and the eBay ITEM NUMBER. or
your order number as it was given to you:
3) Click on GO
4) From there you will be presented with the payment page as shown here:
5) Just click on the "Pay at Paypal Now" as labeled with a circled number 1.
From there, you will be redirected to Paypal.com to make payment. Once your
payment is completed, you will redirected back to the checkout page.
6) If you decided to pay using another method, you can click on the button
that says "Edit Payment Method". This will give you the next screen as below:
7) Selected the preferred payment methods and you are on your way.

I get great discounts on shipping from the carriers. So, I can
pass that on to the customers. So, the answer to your question
is YES. I can put all 3 items in the same box and you pay only
the amount for all items in the lot. You will not be asked to
pay for each item separately.

When can I expect my order? |

I normally ship orders within 3 days after payment has cleared.
Most of my orders arrive to your door within 10 business days.
However, I cannot guarantee any of this.
Please note that I do offer expedited
shipping but only NEXT day. This doesn't mean your order will
arrive the next day. It means after it gets processed (maximum
of 3 days) then it will be shipped air delivery. So you can
expect to get it within 4 business days at latest. Please keep
in mind that EXPEDITED shipping is not cheap.
Important: International shipping can
take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the receiving countries' mail
system and speed.

I am sorry but I do not offer any type of a pick up unless you spend
over $500 then I will make a pick up arrangements with you. I can
meet you mostly uptown. Remember, minimum order of $500 applies.

When I list an auction that contains more than one item, I try to
group them in size. This means they are all supposed to be the
same size. If they are not, I clearly list that there.

I do not accept direct payments from Paypal. You must go through
my checkout system, and that will send you to paypal.com to make your
payment. There is no problems there and this is the ONLY way one
can pay me using paypal.

When I ship orders using USPS, I need to drop it off at the post
office. This is considered acceptance. Which is acceptance
from me by the post office employee. Here is what a typical
message would say:
Acceptance, January 17, 2007, 2:33 pm, NEW YORK, NY 10016
Electronic Shipping Info Received, January 15, 2007
Since most of my customer are from all over
the world. Your order is not lost or delivered to the wrong city.
Please just wait and this tracking number will be updated.

This is regardless of the type of payment you need to use. If you
want to use a money order and need my mailing address, please use the
checkout system and then my checkout system will provide that

A19) The shipping quoted in the email is for items shipping within the
48 contiguous US states. The
email that goes out is an automatic email that goes out to all buyers.
I have no way of knowing just from the email address or ebay user id of
a customer where their item is shipping too. In your case, you live in
Canada, and the shipping price quoted in the email is NOT for you.
Please note that you MUST always refer to the auction page for all
shipping costs regardless of what the email says.
