To make it easy for everybody I outlined few general details regarding my listings
|
|

- Contact:
For more information or any question you can always contact me directly through my site by clicking
here or through ebay "contact seller" link. I will always try to answer within next 24 hours, yet
please be patient if it takes a little bid longer |
- Shipping:
I prefer USPS. I found them reliable and cheap enough for
my customers. Yet, if someone prefers other method of shipping
I do not have problems with it. Insurance is always optional
and USPS cost of it is $1.30 for each $100. I Strongly recommend
to buy insurance since I can not be responsible for uninsured
items.
All customers with the number of positive feadback of less
then 10 please contact me before bidding. In some cases I
will wait two weeks before sending goods for new members.
- Payments:
Acceptable following methods of payments: MO, Cashier Checks,
Western Union and Personal Checks. Personal checks will have
to clear before goods are sent. Sorry, no exceptions.
Also accepted Paypal, but only from varified members. All
international users need to contact me first if they wish
to pay with paypal. Addresses on paypal account will be used
to ship merchandise. No shipping to unvarified address!
- Taxes:
By law I required to take taxes for all Texas residents. Please
keep it in mind when bidding on my auctions.
- Trust:
I pride myself on my honesty and integrity. I love what I
do passionately and genuinely believe in the goods I offer.
If you want to participate in one of my auctions communication
is the key here: ask plenty of questions - I'd rather answer
a few Emails during an auction than have any misunderstanding
at the end. In the unlikely event of a customer feeling unhappy
about a purchase, please, politely, let me know and I'll do
my utmost to resolve the situation in a mutually agreeable
way.
- Return Policy:
Items can be returned and money be refunded if I have described
them incorrectly. Please understand that a lot of work sometimes
goes into an auction and the combination of those who happen
to participate and various other factors occur only once.
There is no way an auction can be undone for a seller and
so if a customer wants to return something it is a very serious
thing for a seller. That being said, I am a reasonable person
… Many people make their living in buying and selling and
unfortunately some of them ruined it for the rest of us by
buying at an auction and then trying to sell the item quickly
for an extra buck. There is nothing wrong with that except
that auctions are not places of lending. A dealer wants their
merchandise respected and not shopped around for resale and
then returned. Collectors are sometimes a superstitious lot
and if they see someone has returned an item the object is
basically "poison" and then no one wants it. Surely, if you
were bidding at one of the great auction houses like Sotheby's
or Christies the sale would be final.

The Final Word
|
|
I love what I do; I put many thousands of miles in all over the world in the relentless pursuit of
rare antigues and collectables at the right price and I enjoy offering them on Ebay and sincerely hope you enjoy participating in the auctions.
Finally, if your into collecting and ever find yourself in this part of the world, I would be delighted to meet you, just let me know when your coming and they'll be a cup of tea waiting for you!
