Book Condition Grading
New Brand new, unused, unread and in perfect condition.
Like New (Fine) An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dustcover is intact, pages are clean and not marked by notes or creases. May show signs of shelf wear.
Very Good A copy that has been read but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marked. The spine remains undamaged.
Good A copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact and the cover is intact. The spine may show signs of wear/creasing. Pages may be tanned/slightly foxed.
Acceptable (Fair) A readable copy. All pages and the cover are intact (dustcover may be missing). Pages can include notes or highlighting. Notes should not obscure text.
Poor Has significant damage or pages missing. Only rare or particularly interesting items that have some appeal to collectors will be listed in this condition. Any defects will be stated.
