We have many 1000s of such items in stock. We are primarily a mail order business, however we also have a booth at several of the larger pop culture and comic book shows in the country. Any item purchased from Atlas Comics may be returned for a full refund. Exceptions to return policy: CGC comic books, which are professionally graded by a third party service, may NOT be returned. All such sales are final. DVD or CD items that are opened may not be returned as these items are easily copied. DVD or CD items that were sold sealed may be returned (subject to the following conditions) if they are returned still in original sealed condition. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: Atlas Comics must be notified not later than one(1) week from the date the item was received by the buyer that the buyer wishes to return the item. All returned items must be received by Atlas not later than two(2) weeks from the date the item was received by the buyer (we allow a longer return time for international buyers). It must be the actual item received from Atlas Comics and must be in the same condition as it was when originally shipped by Atlas to the buyer. Atlas Comics will refund the purchase price. We also refund the insurance fee unless the return is due to damage during shipping (which is one of the reasons for purchase of insurance!). Chris Jackson, the owner of Atlas Comics & Collectibles, is also the promoter of Planet Comicon, Kansas City, the largest pop culture and comic book convention in the Kansas/Missouri area. The last show was held in May 2007. The next show will be held on April 5-6, 2008 at the Overland Park International Trade Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
