I have worked in a retail store in Ohio for the last 25 plus years.  Our storage location is Smoke Free and all our products are new, not used, unless so stated in the item description.  Our products are 100% authentic, we do not sell fake merchandise.  We sell first run merchandise, manufacturers samples, and used items.  We always state if the item is used or is not new.  From time to time we also sell personal items such as records, auto parts, etc.  If you have any questions about the item up for auction, please ask, as I responsed to all e-mail.  I try to answer all questions within 24 hours, however we are closed on Thursday.  Our operating hours are Monday through Wednesday, and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.  Saturday and Sunday, we answer e-mail questions as soon as possible.  We do not end auctions early, but I will give you a "Buy It Now" price if there are no bids on the item. 

We ship on Wednesday and Friday each week based on what day we receive your payment.  Currently, we ship to the United States only.  All payments for auctions can be made with PayPal or US Postal Money Orders only.  All payments are to be made within 5 days from auctions end or Payments via money order require that I receive an e-mail within 24 hours of auction end to get instructions on how to pay.  We ship to Confirmed Addresses only, please take the time to have your address confirmed with PayPay if you have not ready done so. Please read the item details for complete details of our guidelines for payment and shipping. 

I like to leave positive feedback.  I will leave feedback promptly as soon as I receive your feedback.  This insures that you have received your item and the transaction has been completed successfully.  If there is a problem of any kind, please contact me and together we will resolved it.
