• Please contact us with any questions pertaining to an item before bidding.

• We are a business; we are open Mon - Fri, 10:00am - 6:00pm Eastern, Sat. 10:00am - 5:00pm. If you have a problem of any kind, contact us. Please use the "Ask seller a question" link at the top of the listing this is for your protection by ensuring that ebay has a record of all communication

• If you are not receiving our messages, check your spam filter/folder for any ebay messages

• We attempt to answer all questions before the close of the business day. However, due to multiple locations it may take us up to two days to respond

• We work hard to accurately photograph and describe the items we auction. We guarantee them to be in the condition described. If you receive the item with substantial differences please contact us immediately so that we can work to resolve the issue

• We reserve the right to cancel bids on certain items from bidders with negative or no feedback. We encourage bidders with low feedback to contact us first

• Please note with certain items that manufacturers may make changes to an item without changing the model number and this information may not be readily available to us. Please keep in mind that some of our items may be older or used and may not reflect the most recent information listed on a manufacturer's website. If you are looking for a certain feature please peruse the auction images and descriptions closely or message us for more information

• If the auction does not state a Buy it Now price then none was offered. Also please remember that once an item has been bid on the buy it now will no longer exist.

• Please do not contact us to ask us to end an auction early. The starting bid, or buy it now price is the lowest price we will take for our items

Payments

• By bidding you are agreeing to pay within seven days of the auction closing

• All bidders within the US can pay either via Paypal or a USPS money order. Any orders from outside the US must pay with Paypal and be a verified user

• Money Orders may be held for up to 10 days for verification

• Please make all money orders payable to " Attina's Music "

• Orders shipped or picked up within the State of Georgia are subject to 7% sales tax

Shipping Information

• We ship with either UPS and USPS depending on the size and value of the item. If you have a preference please let us know before paying and we will work to cater as best as we can

• Buyer to pay shipping prices as quoted in the auction

• We do ship everywhere although occasionally our suppliers may request that we only ship within the US. In the event that this happens we will state so in the auction

• Buyer to pay shipping charges as quoted in auction

• Please allow 1-3 business days after payment for the item to ship

• In the event that an item is listed without a shipping calculator/charge please contact us with your zip code for the quote

• If you wish to combine shipping on items please do not pay for the item until a revised invoice is sent with the updated charges

• We do insure all of our shipments up to US$100. Please let us know as soon as possible if you receive an item damaged from shipping

• Please note that for international shipments custom's fees may apply. The buyer is responsible for all custom's and duty fees related to your purchase. We cannot estimate or calculate customs fees. Please contact UPS or the USPS for more information for your location

• We will not quote any other price than the purchase price on the shipping information for duty/customs purposes

• Attina's cannot be held responsible for transit times. We try to ship as quickly as possible although

Local Pickups

• We do allow customers to pick items up locally at any one of our locations

• Please notify us soon after the close of the auction to inform us that you would like to pick up

• Please contact at least 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure the item is at the location you would like to pick up from

• Please do not pay any invoices sent that may have shipping charges added if you intend to pickup

• If you would like to pickup please be mindful of our store hours

• Sales tax of 7% applies to all pickup orders

• Please pay before picking up and allow some time for the payment to be processed

Guarantee

• We guarantee all items to be in the condition described in the auction

• We allow 7 days from the receipt of the item for you to contact us with any problems or issues

• If the unit is significantly different than the auction describes we will refund/replace, at our discretion, at no costs to you.

• Attina's music is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after you receive the item. Please inspect all packages as soon as you can after arrival.

• For full refunds we do require a UPS call tag pickup and we will not refund until we have received the item. We will work with you to find the best time to have the item picked up but it is ultimately your responsibility to have the item available to UPS. Multiple call tag attempts may cause us to charge the costs against your refund.
