We handle the liquidation of estates, bankruptcies, business closures and downsizings of households and businesses; a single item or complete inventories.

Who we are Diane Hudec is a professional Estate Liquidation Company & eBay Consignment Seller serving select clients in Chicago & the suburbs, northwest Indiana and southern Wisconsin. We employ a highly qualified staff and have expert appraisers on-hand to evaluate your home furnishings, antiques & collectibles, art, jewelry, household goods or business inventory and equipment.
Settling an estate or liquidating personal or business property can be a difficult and emotional task. Diane Hudec can help by organizing and hosting a secure, on-site sale of your property or household items. Our staff evaluates, researches, prices and displays all items to be sold. We promote the sale to our network of buyers and professional dealers and advertise to the general public through our website and local newspapers. We employ a silent bidding system to expedite the sale of higher priced items. After the sale, at your request we can arrange for clearance of all unsold items to a local charity and/or hauler.
How we're different Unlike traditional estate & business liquidators who only buy the valuable items, Diane Hudec sells all items in the estate. This translates into a higher revenue for our clients. We offer counsel in making the difficult decisions of what to keep, what to sell and what to donate. Our staff works closely with private collectors, galleries and museums to place fine art and antiques. We never buy items that we consign and we do not own or operate an antique shop or resale business. Our goal is to realize the maximum value for our client’s unneeded possessions.
We provide the sale proceeds within 5 business days of the final sale date.

Our Basic Service is FREE while our enhanced Premium Service is $9.99 and we charge NO MINIMUM per item commission. Our commission of 20-35% is based on your items final sale price plus eBay & Pay Pal fees.
Contact us for special quotes on items estimated to sell at $5000 or more, for liquidation of larger inventory or collections or for vehicle sales.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
