I have 25 years in the bicycle industry. I started by working for product when I was 13 years old at The Bicycle Shop in Orcutt, CA.  I have been involved in shop management for more than sixteen years, and have seen all sides of the business.  Most recently I owned my own shop - TommyO Bikes - in Phoenix, Arizona. The shop closed in April 2005, and I now plan to focus on E-Bay sales.

My passion has always been cycling.  In addition to my retail management experience, I have been a Category 1 Road Racer and Pro Mountain Biker.  I founded and managed the Team Avere Elite Road Racing Team in Santa Barbara, CA in the late 80s.  I am a premier mechanic with specialty in wheel-building.  I am also a master salesman and am respected by customers for my product and mechanical expertise.
