All buyers MUST agree to these followings before bidding/purchase: WE DO NOT SELL AND DO NOT SHIP TO ITALY (unless buyer has contacted us and got our agreement!) We have warehouses, offices and partners in different countries: Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, UK and etc. We ship from any of the locations, where stock is available in the shortest time, in order to provide faster delivery. For Multiple purchases, shipping fee will be combined. All buyers must send us email and request combined shipping quotation BEFORE placing bid/purchase. Please include ebay item numbers and country name of shipping address. Negotiation on shipping fee/prices after placing bid/purchase is strictly prohibited and we will report any harassment and violation to ebay without exception. Mail tracking service is available. Tracking number will be provided by post office. Package is traceable thru post office of buyers' country if mail trace request is submitted. Shipping insurance is recommended! Please ask or refer to shipping cost on the listing page. Insurance fee may be varied for different coverage and different country. All SALES ARE FINAL. No exchange or refund. No exception. For insured item (Shipping insurance added!) which is damaged during shipping, refund, exchange or compensation will be issued after the investigation and official judgment released by the post offices. All parts must be returned in the original packaging or a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable. Upon request by buyer, we can mark the package as "GIFT" with a value that buyer desires for avoiding customs/tax problem when sending gift. Please note that customs/tax is ALWAYS buyer's own responsibility to his country. For any question about our terms and conditions, buyer must send us email BEFORE placing bid/purchase.

All un-paid dispute will be filed automatically on the 7th day. Package will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually 2-3 working days after payment received/cleared/confirmed.
