Payment
Preferred payment is through Paypal. Do not send payment directly through
Paypal! You must use our checkout to process your Paypal payment. You can also pay with your credit card through our secure server. Money orders and cashier checks also accepted.
Please note, there will be a delay in processing your order if you pay via money order or cashier's check. We do not accept personal checks. Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction. If your payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be void and a non-paying alert will be filed, as well as negative feedback on your account.
Sale is subject to availability if not paid within 7 days of auction close.
If ordering more then one item, PLEASE make sure you do not check out until you have purchased all the items you want. Your invoice will not consolidate unless you wait to check out with ALL items at once!
Shipping
Most orders ship within 24-72 business hours. Ordering more than one item? Combine your orders and you can take $1.00 off each additional item! This is not negotiable. Please do not email us asking for a special deal with shipping.
Bulk orders (more then ten items) may email us for a special quote.
Please wait until you have made all of your purchases before you checkout. If you checkout each item separately, you will not receive the discount! Local pickup is not available so please don't ask. No international orders, US only.

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase,
you have two check-out options:

click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment
process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize
your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out
Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will
be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is
no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain
a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for
your item.

Returns
Policy
We will not take any returns for any reason on AS-IS or used items. If an item is New, Factory Sealed and has a Manufacturer's Warranty, you must go through the manufacturer for any problems or returns. No exceptions.
Products can not be returned for reasons other than defectiveness. All cancellations are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges of returned units. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Items that are sold are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). Items that are sold AS-IS or used are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires. If you do not agree with this please do not bid!
