Aunties Cupboard Welcome and thanks for stopping by! I started my Ebay experience with purchasing a few unique items for my home I couldn't find anywhere else. I thought, "Wow! Isn't this great?" Soon it became an experimental way to sell items from my aunt and uncle's estate. I have always loved antiques and enjoy going to auctions to see all of the unique items that people collect. I took this love a step further and maintain a booth at a local antique mall - so if you are ever in Northwest Arkansas, make sure to go the the Rose Antique Mall in Rogers (2875 W. Walnut)! I sometimes sell items for other people under my other my Ebay user ID, Hwy62emporium, so make sure to check it too! Regarding the nuts and bolts of selling: I ship most items Parcel Post, but if you prefer another method, such as UPS, just ask. I use the Ebay Shipping Calculator, which I find is usually pretty accurate. I charge a $.50 packaging fee just to help cover the cost of packing materials and gas. I recommend shipping insurance for higher priced items or if you know your mail carrier can be a little rough. In the seven years of doing this, only one shipment was broken; I took care of the claim and was able to ship a replacement piece to the customer! I also have a Return Policy on my auctions: If you feel I have misrepresented the item, you get the cost of the item back. I try to always accurately describe my items; it is important to me that you are happy with your purchase and that you know that you are dealing with an honest seller!
