It all began when Tyronne, our elderly tuxedo cat began snoring.

Or wheezing. Or whistling in his sleep. Then the dogs got restless, woke Aunt Kristy and Uncle Jay up from a sound sleep and I started thinking. (Always dangerous in the middle of the night.) I thought "How can I make sure that there is always food on the floor for these animals? Hmmm--eBay could be the answer."

Uncle Jay agreed to be the shipping and warehouse elf.  The dogs were thrilled to think there would be a UPS driver at our house everyday to give them biscuits.

Aunt Kristy began to search for unusual vases and Italian ceramics, animal figurines and Majolica--items she would choose to give as gifts to friends--and the business was born.
