About our full detailed appraisal:
Our buyers will receive a full detailed appraisal for free upon request. Our appraisal will have our company name, our store address, Appraiser’s signature, winner's name, shipping address, same carat weight, color, and clarity listed in our auction. The estimate appraisal value is based on our store location only.
If you decide to return your item:
AurumDiamonds still offers its standard 5 day refund guarantee minus shipping/labor costs incurred by AurumDiamonds (if applicable). Please notify us of any item being returned. All documents must accompany the item purchased. The returned package must be postmarked within 5 days starting on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. For example, if you received the item on September 1st, the returned package must be postmarked by the post office by September 5th. Please note there is a 15% standard restocking fee for returned items.
AurumDiamonds guarantees that ALL our diamonds are 100% natural UNLESS clearly specified on the title and description of the item. This statement also applies to our diamond jewelry line.
