analyzation and we are here to help every step of the way. The process
is is fast and simple. Simply follow the steps below:
- Check our Current List to make sure we are accepting your items. We accept handbags,
sunglasses, jewelry, watches, clothes and shoes of only certain
designer brand names.

- Review our Consignment Fees and see the pros and cons of direction selling versus consignment. We
have a low consignment fee of 25-29% of final selling price.
No Paypal or Ebay fees.

Are items sold on Authentic Lovers authentic or replicas?
Authentic Lovers only sells 100% authentic items,
guaranteed! Says it in our name. We take trademark violations very
seriously. Don't even try to think about selling us or consign a
replica. If we recieve a replica, fake, or imitation, not only will the
item NOT be returned to you, we may also use the information to
prosecute you.
Don't be fooled by the numberous websites on search engine that says,
"Discounted high quality designer handbags" or "Authentic Louis vuitton
bags for wholesale or retail". First of all, there is no wholesale
market for most high end brand names. Second of all, if they mention
"high quality", most likely it's a fake. Third of all, if it's brand

We ship via USPS priority mail, all orders are processed within 1
business day. USPS priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days to
delivery within US, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Please note,
however,some of our items are located in our Asia collection center
where it will be shipped out, and there can be delays. But from our
past experience, in most cases, they will arrive within the same
estimated delivery times.

We purchase bags, shoes, clothing, watches, sunglasses, jewelry etc of high-end brand names. Please refer to our updated purchasing list for specific brand names prior to contacting us. Items not listed will not be considered at this time.

TOP OF PAGE How does consignment work and what commission fees do you charge?
We charge a low consignment commission of only 29% of the final sale
price. That's it! No other fees. For items over $5,000, fee is reduced
to 24% of final sale price. See our direct selling and consignment process.
TOP OF PAGE Can I name my own selling price if I consign with you? items for sale, you can specify that information in the "Additional Notes on Condition" section. However, for the common items, please note we cannot guarantee the final sales price. Our goal is to help you sell as fast as possible for the highest sales price. We are on your side, the higher you sell for, the more commission we make. But as the same time, due to economic environments, the value of used merchandise changes and we will adjust our pricing according for a fast return.
TOP OF PAGE What is the consignment period?
The consignment period starts from the day we receive your item and
lasts for a minimum of 60 days. After the 60-day period, it is
automatically extended month to month until either party, in its own
discretion, chooses to end the consignment by giving written notice to
the other party via email. The item will be returned within 2 business
days.
TOP OF PAGE How does Shipping To You For Free work?
As long as you use one of our recommended shipping methods below, we'll
refund your shipping postage (excluding packaging and insurance fees).
Just be sure to include the shipping expense receipt and we'll refund
the amount when we send out payment for your item. Please note that we
do not reimburse shipping fees for unsold consignment items that are
requested returned to seller by written request.

Always make sure you use a reliable shipping company, ie. USPS, UPS,
FEDEX with tracking services and adequate insurance. We are not
responsible for items lost in transit or damaged upon arrival.
Packaging material suggested is white tissue paper as the first layer
and bubble wrap for the second layer. Never use newspaper, color tissue
paper or plastic bubble wrap with direct contact with leather. Heat can
melt the color or plastic onto the leather and destroy your item.

How will that affect me? In the old-fashion world of consigments, the
retailer has the right to return the item back to the consignor when an
item is returned or when the sale is incomplete. Luckily, here at
Authentic Lovers, you don't have to worry. Once an item is sold, it's
considered sold! You will be paid wheather the item is returned or not.
TOP OF PAGE How long does it take to receive my payment? Direct selling - After we have received your items, we will inspect the authenticity of your item and confirm the condition. We will notify you within 2 business days the exact payment amount and transfer the funds to your Paypal account or send you a check by mail based on your payment method requested. Consignments sold on our website - Within 2 business days from the sell date of your item, we will notify you by email the exact payment amount and transfer the funds to your Paypal account or send you a check by mail based on your payment method requested. For items that sell for more than $3000, there is a holding period of 10-15 days from the sell date of your item before we will notify you by email for your funds to be released via Paypal or check by mail. Please note that items sold on Ebay may take longer for funds to be released. After we receive the payment from the buyer, from that point there is a 7-10 day holding period before we can release the funds. If there are issues with the buyer for non-payment or if we have to relist the item for sale, we will notify you by email.TOP OF PAGE

Returns: If for any reason, within 7 days of receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simple send us an email to notify as regarding your return and we will be glad to refund your payment minus the shipping fee, provided the item is in original condition and packaging. We have the right to refuse refunds on items that are used or missing original materials.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You can pick any available item in our Ebay store or our website.
