The particular item you are viewing, our chrome grille insert kits, are nice additions to your vehicle and only take 20-30 minutes to install, even for the novice (some models may require minor cutting). We also are happy to be able to take this opportunity to explain our shipping and feedback policies. »Explain your shipping procedures and policies. We ship from multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada. We will always try to ship from the location nearest to each particular customer, but sometimes this does not work and are forced to send a kit from a different location or from our Canadian location. Please allow 7-10 days if we have to ship your particular kit from Canada. Items are sent within 48 hours of payment received. We insure all shipments, and will promptly re-ship any orders that are lost by the postal service. »Explain your feedback and any policies concerning it. 1. Please note our 99.5% feedback rating in the last year, including a 99.9% feedback rating in the last 6 months. Please also note our 13,000 positive feedback rating, which ranks in the top 0.01% of ALL Ebay users (not just on Ebay USA, but on all Ebay sites combined). 2. Over 85% of our neutral and negative feedback comments we have received are from Ebay users with feedback ratings of less than 10. We mention that because these people are new to Ebay and sometimes do not know how the feedback system works, and thus leave feedback without bothering to email or call us first (despite the fact they are furnished with 2 direct phone numbers). This is the reason why in late 2005, Ebay changed their feedback policy and made users with less than 10 feedback take a questionnaire before being allowed to leave neutral or negative feedback. Ebay states you should always contact the seller first. 3. We could have fixed almost every one of the problems with users who left negative comments had the user emailed or called us first to alert us of the problem. Our first indication of a problem was when the negative was left for us. 4. Of those negatives, some people claim they thought they were getting a whole grille....our auction cannot be more clear than it is. We have had tens of thousands of other customers who did not confuse this. Some people stated shipping was slow or they hadn't received their item yet. As is listed on our auctions and in checkout, the buyer is required to send us the year and model of their car or else we cannot send their item out. YOU HAVE TO SEND CAR YEAR AND INFO. WITH PAYMENT OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED! 5. Also, we depend on the postal service to deliver these, and as with all mail, sometimes it is lost. That is out of our hands and out of your hands. Please place the blame in the right place, which would be the postal service. We WILL resend you a kit though out of our pockets and because as mentioned before, all items are insured, we always will go that extra mile for our customers. The underlying factor is this-if you are not happy with an item, we offer a 100% money back guarantee, and always have. Almost all of the users who left bad feedback never even asked for a refund when they could have. We hope this reassures all prospective customers. Seems to us that you can't lose by buying one of our items today! »What does it mean when it says you have had 154 feedback comments mutually removed? It means that 154 people who have left negative comments for us have requested that those comments be removed. This is significant because it is proof that many times people leave negative comments prematurely, or because they were not aware of how the feedback system works. Many Ebayers are not aware that they are supposed to contact the seller before leaving feedback. The reason for this is simple, if you have not notified a seller of a problem, the seller has no chance to fix the problem or find out why the problem occurred. A seller isn't aware of a problem until a buyer notifies them of one, and unfortunately many buyers do this in the form of negative feedback instead of calling or emailing us. Once we contact the buyer after they have left feedback, we would estimate 80% of the time that the buyer realizes they did not receive an item because they omitted information that was supposed to have been sent with their payment. The buyer may also realize they were not receiving emails from us because they had our email address inadvertently blocked because of spam blocking software many email services have now. They may realize that our emails were going into their spam inboxs and erased before they ever remembered to check there. In other words, the number of feedback we have had mutually removed proves that negative feedback is not a reliable indicator of anything, provided you have read the followup comment by the seller and they have a good number of positives. Positives are a better indicator of a seller, as people do not accidentally leave positives, they leave positives when they have been deserved. Think of it, as a buyer, could you leave a positive comment in good faith for a seller when you did not have a positive experience? Of course not. Unfortunately, Ebay's mutual feedback withdrawal system is new, and thus allow sellers only 5 feedback removals per month.
