The CyberSpace Avalanche Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting avalanche safety and providing educational information of all kinds about snow avalanches. It is international in scope, has been on the web over ten years, and is the most comprehensive internet resource on this topic by a wide margin. The Avalanche Center relies on contributions and equipment sales, including those on ebay, for its operating budget.
