Item Specifications We work to provide accurate information related to manufacturer's specifications. Sometimes we incorporate them into our description, other times we provide a link to the manufacturer's site. Please note that manufacturers will often make changes to a particular model, and not change the model #. These changes are not always readily apparent to us in our examination. Keep in mind that many of our items are used and not the most recent release of a product. If a particular feature is important to you, please look over the pictures closely; if you are unable to determine that the item we are selling is the exact version you need, ask us to verify before you bid. Buy It Now If there is no "Buy It Now" there was not one offered, or if the auction has a bid the "Buy It Now" goes away. Offers We do not end auctions early. We do not use reserves. Our start price is our low price. We will not respond to offers to end early. We will not respond to offers to purchase eBay items off eBay. International Bidders Residents of Canada are welcome to bid at any time. Other than Canada, we will only ship to countries in the European Union. PayPal payment is required as well as shipping to the verified address on your PayPal account. We will not accept any returns. Our standard guarantee does apply. Shipping We accept bids from US, Canada & EU bidders - No other international bidders please. We ship via UPS and various freight carriers, NO USPS or FedEx. Buyer to pay shipping charges as noted in the Auction. If no shipping charge is stated in the auction, contact us for an estimate. After the auction closes, we will then email you an invoice that includes shipping charges and payment links. Applicable handling charges are specified in each auction. ATA Road Cases and items shipped in ATA Road Cases will not incur handling charges. Canadian bidders please note, we do not use US mail. UPS only! Shipping charges to Canada do not include Customs nor Duties Fees which start at $50 from UPS. This will be charged by UPS at delivery. Some sensitive electronics will be shipped via freight. This costs a bit more than other ground carriers, but it is much better for the equipment. Please get a quote before bidding. Freight shipping is least costly when shipping to a business address. We incur extra charges for both residential and lift gate deliveries. We can recommend options to keep costs as low as possible, remember we do not mark up shipping. If you are unsure of freight costs, or are shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us with your zip code for a quote BEFORE bidding. Residential Freight Charge is a charge we pass along from the trucking company. This charge is for the truck to enter a "limited access" area. That includes but is not limited to residential areas, schools, churches and strip malls. It is up to the trucking company when this is charged and we simply pass it along. We have negotiated a flat $25 fee due to the volume of shipping we provide for our customers. Most trucking companies charge $50 - $100 for residential and $50 - $100 for a lift gate. Again our fee is negotiated to a flat $25. Remember a business in a home is still a residential delivery. Pick-ups/Customer Arranged Shipping You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or pick up the item. Handling charges will be applied to items shipped with your carrier, no charges for items picked up, not needing packaging. You will either need to pay tax, or send a "Real" trucking company and a complete BOL to pick up. If picking up yourself, please note we can not help you load your vehicle and can not get large items to grade! Combined Shipping DO NOT pay for items individually if you wish for them to be combined! We will combine individual items onto one order in an attempt to save shipping costs. When you are ready to pay, simply send an email requesting us to consolidate your order. We request that you be prepared to pay for your purchases on a bi-weekly basis. Payments By bidding you are agreeing to make payment within 7 days of the auctions' close. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Guarantee Equipment is guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the auction description. You have 7 days after the receipt of goods to inform us of any issues.
