Our business name is Katick Supplies, but since 2005 we have been selling online under A Well Dressed Bullet. It's easier to remember and perfectly suits our products. We have been in business since 1983 and we are located in Spanish, Ontario, a small community in Northeastern Ontario on the North Channel of Lake Huron.
Our Authentic Bullet Pens, which are designed and manufactured by Rick, have been in production since 1990. Rick has been quite busy over the years and our A Well Dressed Bullet product line now includes Bullet Pens, Mechanical Pencils, Belt Buckles, Bolo Ties, Clocks, Earrings, Key Chains, Licence Plate Nut Bolt Covers, Memorial Keepsake Urns, Shotgun Shell Bar & Party Lights, Texas Hold'em Card Guard Cover Protectors, Zipper Pulls, and so much more, all made from authentic handgun and rifle cartridges and bullets and shotgun shell hulls.

| ORDER PROCESS |
Customer Service and Communications is our #1 Priority. Please be assured, you will be very comfortable ordering from us. We keep you well informed on the status of your order; from as soon as you place your Buy-In-Now bid until your purchase arrives in your hand.
We send our emails directly to the email address you registered on eBay, please be sure this email address is accurate and up-to-date. You will receive the following emails from us:
- Once payment is received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
- When your order is in the mail, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
- Although delivery standards is not an exact science, we send you a Final Follow Up email a day or two before we estimate your order will arrive.
Our initial email is usually sent out within one to two hours. Due to the increased usage of spam filters, you may not receive our emails. If you do not receive our email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us. |
| PAYMENT |
We require immediate payment with PayPal. This means that once you click the Buy It Now button in our listing, you will be directed to pay immediately for the item using PayPal. Until you complete payment, the item remains available to other buyers to purchase. |

All listings are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, due to the fluctuating dollar. |
| SHIPPING |
We send all orders by Canada Post and they arrive by USPS.
We send to the address provided with your PayPal payment, please be sure this is correct before submitting payment.
Delivery method and standards are also stated in each listing. Day of mailing is considered by all couriers as "Day 0" and is not counted, days in transit are not officially counted until the next business day. The definition of a business day is Monday to Friday and does not include any statutory or civic holidays. Our post office in Spanish does not have outgoing mail on either Saturday or Sunday.
Our Shipping & Handling Fee is stated in each listing and this is the actual mailing costs, there is no handling fee.
Orders are usually processed and sent out within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Exceptions are:
- if there is a problem with the information provided
- if payment has not cleared; i.e. PayPal eCheck (usually takes a minimum of 4 business days)
- orders received from Friday through Sunday will go out the following Monday
- if order is placed 2 business days prior to a holiday long weekend; order will be held and parcel will go out after the holiday as we do not want our packages sitting around a post office over the holiday. This policy has greatly reduced our undelivered/lost parcels.
Our listings state 7-12 business days, however destinations outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, etc. may take longer. If there are any delays or increased security measures in place at the border, this may add on an additional day or two. |
| COMBINED SHIPPING |
We "Combine Ship" whenever possible and the cost will be based on the overall size and weight of package. If purchasing multiple items, please wait for our combined invoice prior to sending payment. We automatically calculate this for you and we will send you a Combined Multiple Item Invoice through eBay to assist you with your payment. To qualify for a combined shipping rate, payment must be combined in one payment.
Please note: When a combined shipping rate is applied, any free items are combined as well. Example: for our Shotgun Shell Light Sets, we offer a free Shotgun Survival Key Chain. If purchasing three lights sets, as we are combining three shipping charges into one, only one key chain is given, not three. |

For smaller items which fit the Canada Post slot size, we send by Light Packet to the US, no insurance or tracking is available. |
| Small Packet Air |
The maximum coverage is $100.00 and is included at no additional charge. A tracking number is not available with Small Packet Air. |
| Expedited Parcel |
Insurance up to $100.00 is included at no additional charge. For orders valued over $100.00, additional insurance is available. A Delivery Confirmation is included, which is similar to tracking. | |
| APO FPO ADDRESSES |
We are proud to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Although considered by the postal service as a US destination, these are typically international destinations. We DO NOT ship by Light Packet to any international destinations, this is due to our concerns for time in transit and insurance requirements. If listing states Light Packet and you have an APO/FPO address, we will have to adjust your invoice to reflect Small Packet Air or Expedited Parcel USA. Please wait to send payment. |
| DUTIES AND TAXES |
Orders valued over $200 may have additional duties and/or other fees due upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. True value is marked on all customs forms and our invoice is included in the order. |
| REFUND POLICY |
We are committed to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction! Our products are carefully made by hand and tested before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer our customers a THIRTY (30) DAY REFUND POLICY. To qualify for a refund, you must advise us immediately upon receipt of order and the complete order must be returned to us prepaid within thirty (30) days. |
