Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you combine shipping? -Yes, we are delighted to combine shipping for you! Our requirements for combined shipping are that the items are purchased within four days, and that all items to be shipped together are paid for with one PayPal payment. Simply e-mail for a combined total when you are finished with your last auction! We do not have an automated process for this, and we don't know when you're finished bidding. Just send a quick note with your eBay ID name requesting a total, we will send you a combined invoice ASAP!
Do you accept money orders? -We do not accept any other payments other than PayPal at this time. We ship all of our items directly through PayPal from our offices, saving you handling costs! Sorry, we do not make ANY exceptions to our payment policy.
Will you ship to any other country than the United States? -Not at this time. We do not feel that we can provide the customer service level necessary to other countries outside of this region.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico? -Yes, we will ship to any US territory with a zip code.
Can I chose another method of shipping? -We use the US Postal Service exclusively for all of our packages. This saves time on our part, and we feel that they are the best value for your shipping dollar!
Will you look for an item that you have not listed yet for me? -We try very hard to sell all of our items at a very reasonable cost, and ship them very quickly. It is simply not efficient for us to dig through unopened boxes to look for a single item. We have THOUSANDS more items to list at any given moment, please check back soon if you do not see a specific item that you need!
Do you accept exchanges? -Not at this time. At the ultra low prices that we offer our auctions, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you have ANY questions about whether an item will fit, we recommend going to a local dancewear store.
Can you measure an item for me? Due to the numerous items we list daily and our below cost opening bid price, we simply do not have time to measure each item for you. We recommend your first pair of dance shoes be professionally fit at your local dancewear store.
