I have had several enjoyable buying experiences, however, of these, perhaps in the thousands, there always the infrequent seller who wants to play games, which causes me to create my own policy A policy that was implemented when E-bay first began.. No retaliation feed-back!!

If I paid you for a item, promptly, courteously, I have met the terms for deserving a positive feedback.  I expect you return the favor by leaving feedback. I will not leave you positive feedback 'First'. You will not hold proper feedback hostage with me. And leaving retaliation feedback, because you sent me garbage, aint gonna happen..

If you are selling something that is not worth the trouble of returning? You can expect a negative or neutral feedback.  Do us all a favor and do not exaggerate what you have to offer, that is, don't waste my time. In addition, do not give some lousy excuse for not sending it in a timely manor. Once I pay you, you are responsible to send it in a timely manner.. You want positive feed-back in return, do something positive, be responsible.

If it needs to be returned, I do not expect to have to pay for your mistakes.
