1.Why the color of the received item is different from the picture on ebay?
Color may vary slightly due to the color calibration of each individual monitor,The beads pictured are only a good representation of the beads that you will receive. They are not the exact beads.

You may return for exchange or refund,but shipping fee is not refundable.
5. If I am going to make a large order, can I have a good price?
Yes, we may give you a discount according to the quantity, or you can visit our website on http://www.ayliss.com, wholesale price is 30% off the marked price, minimum order $300 of goods.
6.I am bidding on several items, can I wait for the items end to send payment?
Yes, it's better to send one payment to get combine shipping fee discount. We can wait 7 days from the first auction won.
7. How do you calculate combine shipping fee?
e.g. 1 strand pearl shipping fee is $3.95, combine shipping add $1.99, total shipping fee for the 2 strands= $3.95+$1.99=$5.94. For our store items, combine shipping fee maybe a little bit lower. Combine shipping fee is clearly stated in every item description. If you don't know how much is the total shipping, please send a total request to us.
8.What payments do you accept?
We accept paypal, online credit card, international money order, Bank transfer. We don't accept postal money order, we don't accept personal check. Please include item number & ebay ID with your payment.
9.I am outside of USA, what is the shipping rate to my address?
We ship to worldwide, shipping fee is the same by air mail. Only ship by EMS or Fedex the rate will be different.
10. When will my order be shipped out?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment received. It takes about 7-14 business days to arrive.
11. Why I don't get reply from you? I have sent you several emails.
We work 5 days a week. We always reply customers questions. For some reason, your email may not reach us , or the reply email may go to your junk mail. You may use contact seller to contact us again. Please don't hide your email address when you use contact seller. So we can search your order by your email adress.
12. When I receive a damaged item, what should I do?
Don't worry, if you can send us a photo of the damaged item, we may refund the item price or resend another one to you.
13. I am still bidding items when I get a combine invoice, should I pay now?
If you are still buying something, you may keep the invoice first and ask for a new combine invoice when you finish your order.
14. When I receive an unsatisfied item, can I return?
Yes,for unsatisfied item , you may return for exchange or refund, but shipping fee is not refundable.
