Payment Information
Payment notification emails from 10After5 are automatically sent within an hour after the close of auction or a buy it now transaction. If twenty four (24) hours have passed and you have not received our winning notification email, please email us HERE and include the eBay auction number along with a brief message that informs us that you did not receive our payment instructions. We will respond as quickly as possible to your inquiries.


When is Payment Due?
Payments for auctions won on eBay must be made within seven (7) calendar days of auction close. We will accept most major credit cards through PayPal and Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, and/or Money Orders as forms of payment.


Please Note: If paying by Personal Check or E-Check through PayPal, your purchase will ship once the funds have cleared. Personal Checks and E-Check's are generally processed through PayPal in 3-10 business days.


Sales Tax
A 7.95% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to and/or purchased in Arizona. Final price includes products and packaging materials. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (sale price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.


Buyer Feedback
10After leaves positive feedback for all successful transactions. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item after seven (7) calendar days, 10After5 will re-list the item.

SHIPPING

We ship to the entire United States including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses (APO/FPO addresses incur additional shipping charges), Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.


We ship to most international destinations. International purchasers are responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected and packed prior to shipment. Please e-mail us HERE for current shipping rates outside of the United States. Items shipped Internationally will not be marked as Gift.

Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments.


We utilize any number of shipping resources including UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, DHL. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice during checkout.
  • Orders are processed and packaged for shipment within 24 hours of payment receipt. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Standard Ground Shipping: Products shipped via standard ground service are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Products shipped via USPS priority mail are normally delivered in 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
  • Overnight Shipping: For an additional charge, 10After5 offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via overnight shipping prior to 1:00 p.m. MST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time one business day after shipment.

If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout. Please be advised that you will have seven (7) calendar days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout before your order will be cancelled. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed.


**Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves our facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond our control once your order leaves our facilities, 10After5 cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.


***Standard Ground shipping will be through UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground, both methods provide online tracking information. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped. The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location. In most cases the shipping method is selectable by the customer.

RETURNS

All New Item sales come with 10After5's 30-day express merchandise return unless advertised differently.


If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the return period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
  • Product replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
  • Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures
A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Please send an email to HERE to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any loss or damage in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number on the outside of the box.


All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.


Please write the RMA number (RMA# xxxxxx) in large, bold type on the outside of the original packing carton (RMA and Address labels must never be placed on manufacturers packaging). Any product returned to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
