They say I'm crazy. I sell these items so low. The way I look at it is this: I start my auctions at bone cost. If it only makes me a buck I don't care. I've earned a dollar that I did not have.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. What is the "buy it now" price? You mention it but it's not there.
A. "Buy it now" is gone after 1st bid. For more info about "Buy it Now" go to "Buy it Now" Information
 
Q. Does this replace the original part?
A. Some parts that I carry do, for example: most door panels, kick panels, pillar posts. All dash pad caps do not. It will state in the auction if it is "installed over" or "replace"
 
Q. Do I have to take out the dash pad to install the cap?
A. No, some cases you will need to remove some parts from the original dash pad.
 
Q. Will you color my part?
A. Yes we NOW can! Optical Spectrum Analyzer color matching is NOW available! Most of my items were sold in the past only unpainted because I never liked selling factory painted mismatched items. We now offer the buyer a option of a accurate color match for this item to their original part for $35.00 more. This charge applies to one color/one shipment. In other words if more than one item is purchased & all the items that are colored the same shipped together, the additional cost is only $35.00. I will need to have piece taken off the original part & sent to me. This must be cut off the original part, be 4 inches square, in a non-faded area covered or replaced by the item sold This sample after received will then be read by a High Quality $30,000 Optical Spectrum Analyzer to create a durable color that will be used for your part. The chemicals used will result in a good feel (feels soft to me) along with a non-painted look. It will take about a week to do the color match once the sample is received.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO:

Match by COLOR CODE: The reason is the chemicals used are not matched this way. The OSA must first "READ" the color then create a formula. Also from past experience of "sight matching" interior vehicle colors (Since 1986), the method of "color code" matching only sorta matches unlike exterior paint colors.

Match a item that is not being replaced or covered by the item or items sold: The reason why is the actual cost to me of OSA color matches are not cheep (more than $35.00). Once the factory color is created, this will be used for future sales so keep the cost of the color matching service low as possible. Non-actual samples simply will not work
 
Q. What are these made of? How thick are they?
A. These are made of thermoformed Cadon™ plastic that will accept coloring from any vinyl paint. They do vary in thickness for flexibility needed for the part, but not thick enough where it is easy to see that a dash pad cap is installed. Insist On "Cadon™" The highest heat resistance of all vaccu-form plastics.
 
Q. I made a mistake. I bid on your item, but I intended to use the "Buy it Now" option. No one else bid yet. Can I still get the "Buy it Now" offer?
A. You will need to retract your bid and then hit the "Buy it Now" feature. Go here to retract bid.
 
Q. Why did you add $8.00 to the shipping????
A. "Handling" fees are a customary way for ebay sellers to help cover costs involved with tape, packing boxes and any required packing materials. "Shipping" is for auctions are based on the zip/postal code listed in the auction, plus 8.00 "handling". All items I sell are insured. Shippers will deny a claim if the item, if they feel the item was not properly boxed. In my case, the items I sell are shipped to me in bulk. This requires that I buy new boxes. If you will check out most of the box sizes that I list, you will find that you will not be able to buy them yourself for any less than the $5.00 I charge. Q. What's this cost to ship to me?
A. Please use the shipping link on the auction ad. You may be able to get your answer faster than waiting for me to respond to your email. The link will go to our web page obtains the actual rates (with handling) from the shippers sites and will calculate All UPS, FedEx and USPS rates. If does not include the USPS (Post Office) rates for your inquire that is because the box is to large for USPS to accept. If FedEx is not included the site may be down. If this is the case please email me so I can calculate it for you. Feel free to verify the rates at the shippers sites. When you do, be sure to inter the box size. For weight inter 10lbs. Most of my stuff is in oversize boxes. These boxes are the same rate 1lbs to 30lbs or 1lbs to 50lbs depending on the box size. Also don't forget to add $8.00 for the materials I must purchase to ship your item.
 
Q. What will you sell me this item direct for?
A. I got to be fair to bidders on ebay. These items are started at bone cost and sold to the highest bidder only. Your best deal is here on ebay. I asked ebay about this question, here is our correspondence: "if I have another item exactly like the one up and the member solicits a purchase of that item, is this in violation?" the answer is, yes this would also be in violation of our site policies. If you offer the additional item for direct sale via your eBay listings (fee circumvention) or your winning bidder notifications (fee avoidance) then you would be in violation of our site policies. However, if a member asks if you have another item and you post that item on eBay for them to buy, this would be acceptable. Please note, our policies are related to transactions facilitated via eBay's web services and NOT from your personal web page.
 
Q. I made a mistake. I won one of your auctions for a item I don't need. What can I do?
A. Look, nobody is perfect, I'm not either. Email me let's talk about it and reach a solution. I hate giving negative feedbacks and nonpaying bidder warnings. It is honorable that you will to work it out rather than some that try to put the blame on the seller in some way.
 
Q. I've emailed you several times. Why are you not getting back to me?
A. Most likely I am responding. You need to check your email settings. I may be responding to a email that is in your reply box from a canceled address. Also check your spam mail settings. AOL sometimes for example will take hotmail addresses as spam PLEASE CHECK our email log
