We try to answer emails within 1 - 3 Days depending on if we are by the computer. We are real people and the computer inst attached to our butts so sometimes takes longer we might be doing family stuff working hospital doctor visits or camping. Sorry had some people haggling us because we didn't reply fast enough? We where in hospital with the little one or camping. Maybe those people needed a vacation too who knows.
