Payment
- We preferred Paypal payments for faster processing time. Immediate payment is required for Buy It Now.
- All other payments must be received within 7 days from the auction end date. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in a non-paying bidder strike. Once the strike has been issued, the buyer agrees to forfeit the sale and the item will be relisted.
- We do not cancel transactions for any reason. Please make sure you have read the entire auction description and agree to complete the transaction before bidding.

Warranty & Return
- Our warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
- We accept returns and refunds on factory defected item only.
- You will have an option to extend your warranty through SquareTade at www.squaretade.com

Product Conditions
All products are Brand New in its original box unless otherwise stated in product information section. Some items might be opened to check for cosmetic defects and functionality. All items free of scratches and/or signs of use. Container might be slightly damaged during shipping and handling process. We DO NOT accept returns because of damaged container.

Shipping

Items are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days (This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods).

All cleared payments before 12:00pm PST will be shipped the same day. Paymenst received after 12:00pm, on Sunday, Federal Holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

We do not offer local pick-up.

California residents please add 8.75% state sale tax.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged items by USPS unless INSURED - signature is required for all INSURED order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address. We are only able to ship to your confirmed PayPal address for those who have less than 10 positive feedback in the last 2 months. Unconfirmed address buyers please contact us before place a bid or buy it now. All measures must be made to identify buyer creditity before we ship out.

Unfortunately, sometimes we over sold the products we listed. We will notify you of this unfortunate to offer if you want us to send out the item when it becomes available or give you a 100% refund
