We ship to the United States via our choice of USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Ground service.
We ship to Canada via our choice of USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International, or UPS Standard service.
We ship to the rest of the world via our choice of USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International, or UPS Worldwide Expedited service.

Online checkout: YOU MUST USE OUR ONLINE CHECKOUT unless your address is APO/FPO/DPO or in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory/possession! If you buy an eBay item from us, follow the payment instructions in the eBay listing or in our Item Winner e-mail to go to our online checkout, provide your address, and pay for your item(s). The online checkout will calculate your total including shipping and handling. The online checkout knows if you have won more than one of our eBay items and will correctly calculate the discounted combined shipping and handling cost.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS IN ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO/DPO, AND THE US TERRITORIES/POSSESSIONS: The online checkout may not work for you. Please e-mail for your exact shipping and handling cost. Please DO NOT use our online checkout unless we instruct you to do so after you e-mail us. Please be sure to include your mailing address and eBay item number(s) in the e-mail.
Sales tax: If your shipping address is in Texas, you must pay 8.25% Texas sales tax on the entire amount due, including the shipping and handling cost.
Shipping and handling discount: If you buy more than one of our items and you want the items shipped together for the discounted shipping and handling costs stated in our listings, you must go through our online checkout (unless we tell you otherwise) and you must pay the total of your winning bids, the shipping and handling costs, and sales tax (if applicable) in a single payment. As soon as we receive payment in full for an item, we ship the item. If you make multiple payments for multiple items, you will receive multiple shipments and no discount.
E-mail: We send an Item Winner e-mail to each of our buyers soon after they buy an item. We send an e-mail when a buyer goes through our online checkout to create an order. We send an e-mail when we receive payment and ship the item. All of our eBay e-mails are sent to the buyer's eBay registered e-mail address ONLY. If you do not receive e-mail from us, check your spam filter settings and make sure that your eBay registered e-mail address is correct and current. Most e-mail providers supply a spam filter which is turned ON by default and may block our e-mails to you. Sometimes a spam filter may block some of our e-mails, but may pass others.
Credit card payments: To pay with a credit card, please go through our online checkout. You must provide the complete and correct billing address of your credit card to pay with a credit card. We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of your credit card.
Feedback: We post feedback when the transaction is complete. We don't consider the transaction to be complete until we know that our customer is satisfied. Therefore, if you buy an eBay item from us and want us to post positive feedback for you, post positive feedback for us and we will reciprocate.
Customer pickup: Customer pickup is not available. All orders must be shipped to the customer.
Freight collect: The buyer must pay to us the shipping and handling costs stated in the eBay listing. We are not able to ship freight collect and charge the shipping to the UPS, FedEx, or other carrier account of the buyer, nor are we able to charge the shipping to the carrier account of a third party.
Refused or undeliverable packages: If you refuse a package that we have shipped to you, or the carrier is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, we will deduct the following amounts from any refund that we make to you:
- Twice the shipping and handling fee that you initially paid. (Once to ship the package from us to you and once to ship the package from you to us.)
- Any refused/undeliverable package fees charged to us by the carrier.
We reserve the right to abandon the refused or undeliverable package with the carrier, in which case no refund at all will be issued to you.
Refund and Return Policy: Before you return an item, you must e-mail us with a description of the problem, you must follow any instructions that we provide in response to your e-mail, and you must obtain our approval to return the item. If you return an item to us, you must meet all of the requirements listed below:
- Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration. All serial numbers, bar codes, and proofs of purchase must be intact.
- Pack the item for damage-free return shipping as if it is brand new and perfect, even if you believe that it is defective.
- The serial number, lot number, date code, etc. of the returned item must match those of the item that we shipped.
- Include a copy of our invoice, packing list, or return authorization e-mail for the item.
- Include all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
- Include a description of the problem.
Warranties and Liability: Unless specifically stated otherwise in the item description, we disclaim all representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, and/or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall B & A Computer, our officers, employees, agents or subcontractors, be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal theory for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or any other form of damages, any and all of which are hereby excluded, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether any party or any entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Venue: By making a purchase from B & A Computer, you agree that any claim or dispute you may have against B & A Computer must be resolved by a court located in Dallas County, Texas, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Dallas County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. All claims or disputes filed or brought elsewhere shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim or dispute elsewhere, B & A Computer may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000.00, provided that B & A Computer has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
International Sales: We routinely sell and ship to most countries, but we reserve the right to decline to sell or ship any item for export to any country. We are not able to ship to these countries: Columbia, Libya, North Korea, Turkey, or Vietnam. If we believe that any of the following apply, we will not sell or ship an item for export:
- An export permit from the United States government is required.
- It would be illegal under the laws of the United States or the destination country.
- There is an unacceptable risk that the item will not reach the addressee.
- Any paperwork other than our standard invoice and USPS customs form 2976 or 2976-A is required.
- We cannot ship the item via the United States Postal Service.
