My name is Krystyne and I am a super busy stay at home mom. It's by far the most rewarding job ever (definitely the hardest!) I am happily married to the best guy in the world and I have 6 children (ranging from 19 to 3). It was a difficult choice, but I decided to stay home and work so I could raise my two youngest son's without daycare. I started this store a little over a year ago and it certainly has it's ups and downs, but in the end, I LOVE what I do and the many people I meet on here. I continue to dabble in Photography and love that too. I spent many years working as a children's photographer and photo lab technician but lately I am more excited about completeing my Doula Childbirth/Lactation Educator certifications. I intend to donate much of my time to young single moms-to-be.
I am an honest and fair seller will do my best to make sure we have a pleasant transaction. If you have any concerns about my recent not-so-good feedback regarding shipping time, please ask. We recently suffered some severe weather here and our son had some medical issues that took priority over getting some packages out. We don't have postal delivery in our small town, but I manage to make it to the Fargo ND post office about twice a week. I'm not a lightening fast shipper at times, so please try not to hold that against me when leaving feedback. BUT...with that said, if you need something sent right away, PLEASE let me know. I will take returns minus the return shipping cost (unless the error was mine, then return shipping will be re-embursed).
I will no longer be listing 50% off retail value custom lots. If you are a return buyer and are familiar with how they work, I would be happy to put one together for you, but I will not be listing them as auctions anymore. Some people are not reading the listing completely and are leaving me neutral comments or low scores (before contacting me) because they didn't understand what they were bidding on :( I cannot afford to have any more poor feedback ratings. If you are interested, inquire by emailing me and if I am satisfied that you understand what the custom lots are, I can send an invoice directly through PayPal.
Feedback is extrememly important to me. I work very hard, so please...if you have ANY concerns regarding your purchase, contact me so that I may have the opportunity to resolve any issues before you leave feedback. I do NOT hold my feedback 'ransom' like many sellers. If you paid in a timely manner, and I did not have to open an unpaid item dispute, you will be getting positive feedback from me regardless of whether you leave feedback for me. I leave feedback for all transactions about once a week.
