I have been an eBay member since 2000. My specialty is out-of-print films. I watch all previously viewed films that I sell - no exceptions. I try very hard to accurately describe the condition of the product you are buying (as I expect other sellers to do). I do not accept returns because of the large and cheap availability of copying devices. I will not list an unwatchable film for sale, no matter how rare it is. I will throw it in the garbage if I cannot watch it - and have done so many times. Some tapes will have some minor flaws - that is the nature of tapes.
I always hope to receive positive feedback from a buyer, but I do not base my leaving feedback on your doing so first. Like all ethical sellers, I hope that in the rare instance that you are unhappy with your purchase, you will contact me before leaving negative feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that almost everything I sell is used and is obtained from various sources such as library sales and estate sales. While I try to ensure that your purchase arrives odor-free, and clean every item carefully, I cannot guarantee that any item has never been exposed to cigarette smoke or other odors (including any odors that my package is exposed to during the shipping process).
Copyright infringement and piracy are completely illegal, unethical and I never sell any products that are bogus, bootleg or homemade copies. I urge all eBay sellers who sell authentic copyrighted material to fight against this scourge. By clicking on auctions for illegitimate items and using the "email this auction to a friend" to report unlawful, bootleg DVDs you can contact the appropriate VERO members and report illegal items.
