babyloncrow We welcome all bidders to contact us, and ask as many questions as you like. We've setup a support system where you can reach us by emailing us via eBay by clicking here. We are not a business, what we are is real ebay customers like you! We are a husband and wife team. We aren't in the business of selling items professionally on ebay, but we are in the business of customer satisfaction and making sure what we do sell is listed properly, and is shipped quickly. There is nothing wrong with the businesses on ebay, but that's simply not what WE are attempting to do on ebay. We have no room for a yard sale at our home, and no desire to sell items not worth selling (which is typically what we've found at yard sales), and we really like the idea behind ebay. We hope you can feel assured in knowing we have 100% positive feedback, and we strive to satisfy with our items and accurate listings. You are as important to us, as the bidders of our auctions. We want you to feel secure in sending your item to us, after we have paid for it. We want you to know we will follow the instructions in your auction for how to pay you, and contact you. Establishing a good buyer/seller relationship with you is vital to us, as we are like any bidder on ebay and we cannot wait to receive the item we have paid for. We ask for the same respect, and that you honor your auction. We expect that you will, but we have encountered some less than wonderful seller's on ebay and don't want to repeat that- just as we are sure you may have heard of, or experienced less than wonderful bidders. We have 100% positive feedback for a good reason; we honor the bids we place, and honor the auctions we place. Afterall good bidders, and good sellers on ebay makes ebay as great an outlet as it is.
Unfortunately though, some sellers don't live up to their obligations. I purchased a wedding dress through a seller (this is posted only to advise other bidders to avoid this seller: cyberexotic which we had this bad experience with) selling exclusively new wedding dresses, and when it arrived in the wrong size- I contacted the seller. They said they would send me out the correct size when I sent the dress back to them. I did, and they received it. And for months they strung me along, telling me that the dress would be shipped the next week- but the next week never came. I was heart broken. It was nearly a month before my wedding, and I only had time to quickly find another dress. I am out the money I paid for the dress on ebay, and the beautiful gown I had wanted to be married in.
That is an example of a bad seller we've had to deal with, and something I pray no one ever has to encounter themselves- and we hope that no seller encounters a bad bidder either. Which is why I write this- to assure you I will work with you, and I will pay you promptly. But I ask for the same respect, and understanding that when we bid on ebay- we bid for things that are special to us in one way or another. We are a working class family, we simply don't have the money to waste- just like we are sure you don't either. And we appreciate all the wonderful, extraordinary sellers we have encountered.Recommended Sellers

We will contact winning bidder within 48 hours of auction ending through PayPal to arrange payment. Payment MUST be made within 7 days, if buyer does not respond within 7 days after auction ends and after several attempts to contact buyer: negative feedback will be left, and item may be re-listed. Please do not bid unless you are willing to pay for auction, and shipping. Users with excessive negative feedback need not bid- bid will not be accepted. All sales final.
PayPal only; We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal only. If eCheck is used, we will delay shipping item until eCheck clears. We do not prefer to delay your shipment, so we do not recommend using an eCheck. All payments must be sent to ravenmun@msn.com.
We do not accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, COD or Cash. Please do not bid, if you cannot pay via PayPal.
Shipping & Handling fees Policy
» Great value here! Pay quickly, get your item quickly!! Most of our customers get their items within 2 to 7 days of payment (Not using Express shipping; Express Shipping may get your item to you even faster.); because in some cases we can ship same day (when payment is received before 4:00pm PST, Monday - Friday only. Otherwise we ship next business day.) we receive payment, with the best possible shipping service available. Processing time depends upon when payment is received, shipping service used, and handling instructions. We do our best to make sure your item is provided low cost quality shipping, for the best possible result for you!» Buyer pays for all shipping & handling fees and costs, unless otherwise specified. For your protection as well as ours, all items are shipped USPS, with Delivery Confirmation. We do our best to keep shipping & handling costs as low as possible, to pass the savings on to you.
» The condition of the item you win is important to us, which is why we ship everything as securely as possible. DVD/CD/GAMES are shipped in acceptable USPS envelope, padded if available. BOOKS are shipped in USPS regulation bag, unless a box is requested at buyer's expense. COMICS are bagged and boarded unless otherwise specified, shipped in regulation USPS packaging. LARGE/UNUSUAL SHAPED/BULKY items are shipped in box big enough to carefully ship item, larger/uusual shaped/bulky items may be shipped at a slightly higher rate because of these careful shipping requirements. FRAGILE items are carefully and very securely boxed, however we are not responsible for condition after item is in USPS custody.
» Shipping & Handling Rate: Usually $8.35 to $16.70 (depending upon size and weight of item) for most items, but in some cases shipping will be detirmined in Auction listing based on the weight/size of auction items. Please be aware of shipping charges listed in auction BEFORE bidding; shipping costs listed in auction is the binding fee rate. Items are sent via USPS only.
» Shipping & Handling rates aren't negotiable. All handling fees associated cover the cost of supplies to ship your item, all supplies used to do our best in securing your item so it doesn't arrive to you broken during shipping, and fuel surcharges. If you do not agree to pay the full cost of shipping & handling; please do not bid. We take pride in getting your item to you safely, and we will not skimp on achieving that goal. We do our best to make sure that you aren't being overcharged for shipping, and that your item arrives exactly as it appears in the auction.
» Shipping Insurance is $2.05 for up to $100 bid/item value; $2.45 for up to $200 bid/item value; $4.60 for up to $300 bid/item value; $5.50 for up to $400 bid/item value; $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000 for up to Maximum coverage offered ($500 bid/item value); we highly recommend insurance.
