I do not take advantage of my customers by charging a flat rate based on the highest possible shipping amount like so many other sellers do. I charge exactly what it costs to ship the item to you and not a penny more. I have no "handling" fees. I will gladly combine shipping of like items. I will also combine shipping of eBay purchases with website purchases. It does not cost any more to ship 10 rods than it does to ship 1 rod. Shipping for all rods over 5' (60") in length is determined by length, not weight. All packages in the continental US are shipped via UPS. All Hawaii, Alaska, Military and US territory packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Although usually much quicker, all items shipped to a continental US address are guaranteed to arrive within 10 business days. 100% of shipping fees will be refunded if late. Occasionally I may run out of an item and have to get more in, but the 10 business day delivery guarantee still applies to auctions. Return Policy My #1 concern is your 110% satisfaction. Any item damaged in transit will be replaced immediately with no hassle on your end. I must be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive the wrong item, I will ship the correct item immediately and enclose a pre-paid return shipping label. I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes on occasion. I guarantee all packages shipped via UPS to arrive within 10 business days (usually less).
