number will be provided with every shipment - check your Spam or Junk

shipped out within 48 business hours after payment is cleared.

address if not shipping via USPS Priority Mail®.
- For 2nd Day or
3 Day shipping, please select USPS Priority Mail service®.
- For Next Day
shipping, please select USPS Express Mail service®.

Return / Exchange Policy

- In the unlikely event that you
receive
a defective item, you have 7 days of receipt
of your item to contact cs@backpackplace.com for an
exchange or refund.
- We will email you instructions
on how
to exchange or get refund on your item.
- You will qualify for an
exchange or refund if the
following conditions are met:
1) The product is indeed defective
2) All return instructions are followed as provided to you
3) You have contacted us within 7 days of receipt of your item
4) Product has not been abused or misused
- For exchange, buyer will pay
for the returning
shipping. Seller will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item.
- For refund, buyer pay all
shipping charges. Seller will only refund the purchased price of the
item less shipping.

exchanges are permitted

to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
