We are an independent business. We are not associated with any other business, company or organization that may appear similar in their name or website(s).
We've been selling on ebay for over four years. We researched selling on ebay long before we decided to give it a try and we realized that the only way to do it properly would be to set a few basic ground rules for ourselves. We only list exactly what we have in stock (all items ship in 1-2 business days) and the details of each auction are specific. This way there is no confusion as to what the buyer should expect as far as the product goes and also, what the shipping will be.
We sell only licensed items, not bootlegs like many other sellers you will see on here. We deal only with the finest licensed wholesalers to ensure that any product you purchase from us is of top quality and licensed merchandise. We do not sell items for very low prices (0.01-0.99 cents) and then charge massive shipping fees to make up the actual price-that is called "fee circumvention" and it is against ebay policy. You will see a lot of sellers on ebay doing just that. We do not agree with nor condone that process. We charge a very small handling fee on our items and this fee simply covers the expenses involved, nothing more, nothing less.
We do not "drop ship", meaning that when you buy from us, we don't send your order to another company for it to be filled. We take all orders right here, fill them right here and when you receive your item(s), it will be postmarked from our listed location right here in the U.S. We see many sellers that are listed as US sellers, but when the customer gets their item(s), not only has it taken many weeks to arrive because it's been "drop shipped", but the customer also sees that their item(s) are coming from another country. Again, we don't agree with doing business this way and you'll never see a postmark on an item bought from us bearing the postal seal of another country.
If a problem ever arises (and with almost any business, they always do), we are more than willing to rectify the situation as long as it is fair to both parties. Customer service, we realize, is the best foundation for any business that deals directly with the public.
In regards to fairness to both the buyer and the seller, our policy on lost items is as follows: If an item is lost, as always, our first course of action will be to send a replacement of exactly what the customer ordered the first time. If the item is no longer available we will now offer store credit or a partial refund of the item cost only (no shipping/handling will be refunded) as opposed to giving full refunds. Giving a full refund of both the item cost as well as the shipping is not fair to both parties as we have already spent a substantial portion of the money on the item, the shipping label, the packaging and delivery of the original item to the post office. If you'd like to discuss this with us, as always, our phone line is open and we will answer any emails regarding this policy quickly and efficiently. This policy, of course, will not apply to those that have purchased the optional insurance for $1.70 for US residents. On international shipments that are lost we are no longer able to refund or replace if the item(s) have not been insured. International customers should take special care and purchase our optional insurance for their items as this covers both the buyer and the seller in cases where items are lost. Dependent on the buyer's feedback and/or location, we reserve the right to upgrade the optional insurance to required insurance.
Multiple item purchases. On multiple item purchases, shipping/handling will be reduced (this will not apply to free or reduced shipping items). Please wait for an invoice if you buy more than one item for the correct amount of s/h as ebay's calculator/checkout process does not do it correctly. Those that checkout early and pay quickly via paypal on multiple item purchases will be refunded if they have underpaid and will be sent an invoice for the correct total amount.
Something we'd like buyers to understand is that once we package their purchases and give them to the post office, we no longer control what happens to these packages. The post office fully admits to being slower during the Xmas season (and other peak periods as well) and they also admit to sometimes misplacing packages. We do everything we can to make things right when this happens, but we can't solve the problem if we don't even know about it. Leaving negative feedback is not the first step to solving a problem, but should be the last resort when a seller isn't responsive to a buyer's problem. Even ebay's feedback definitions state this. What we ask is that you contact us via email or call us at 740-323-6854 so that we have a chance to fix the problem instead of just leaving negative feedback as your first step to solving a problem. We also suggest to all buyers that you really consider purchasing postal insurance when you buy. It only costs $1.70 (this amount will be higher for international orders) for almost everything we sell and it's well worth it if something happens to your package after it's been shipped.
In cases where we have made a mistake, let us reassure you, we will do everything we can to make it right. If an incorrect item is sent, we'll send the correct item and also pay to have the incorrect item sent back to us. If an item is damaged, again, we'll send the correct item and also pay to have the damaged item sent back to us. In any case where a buyer has a problem, please just contact us and give us a chance to make it right. Also, on returns where we have made no mistakes and the customers simply doesn't want the item for their own personal reasons, we will gladly accept such returns, but understand that shipping/handling charges will not be refunded and there will be also be a charge for restocking as well as for the ebay fees incurred from said auction. Items sent back for personal reasons that had "free shipping" will also be subject to a refund deduction for shipping/handling because we still incur shipping/handling fees and must be reimbursed for those fees if the only reason you're returning an item is a personal one.
Lastly, we just ask that you not let the small amount of negatives we've received turn you away from us. In most cases, feedback was left without giving us a chance to fix the problem, which we are always happy to do for our customers. We have been, and always will be very customer oriented and we are constantly taking measures to improve our services. If you have any suggestions for us, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT
All of the items we sell come from a smoke free environment. Anyone that claims that an item smells of smoke, please note the following information that we have obtained from long time powersellers on ebay. We spoke with other powersellers regarding this situation and what we have found is that some workers for the post office as well as the private mail companies (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) smoke heavily in their delivery vehicles. This smoke, on occasion, transfers to the packages they are delivering. This is the only explanation for an item we sell to have a smoke smell to it, because as explained before, we, nor any of our employees, smoke. If you receive an item that smells of smoke, please contact us instead of just leaving feedback that says the item smells of smoke. It's not fair to us to receive such feedback as we have on a few isolated occasions and in all of these instances, the buyer never contacted us first, they just assumed that it was something we did, which was untrue. Please give us a chance to rectify the situation, thank you.
