When I first started selling on ebay I was working a full time job with a family to take care of.  A few years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus which made it impossible for me to hold a full time job and take care of my husband (kids are all grown and on their own now).  I started a corporation, selling online in addition to ebay and was selling under a corporate user name for the last two years (I had well over 1,000 great transactions just on ebay with 100% positive feedback.  I hate to lose that track record but chose to go back to this user account to make a clean cut from the corporation).  I have decided to close down the corporation and go back to just selling as a hobby....it is much more fun and less paperwork.  I say that just to explain the gap in activity on this user name.  I will always take my obligation to ebay buyers seriously. I check my email as often as I can during the day. There will be periods that it will take a little while for me to respond to your email, but I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can, never any longer than 24 hours...if you have not received a response in 24 hours, please ask again. When an auction is over I will process and ship an item within 24 hours of receiving payment if at all possible (with the exception of weekends and holidays in which case I will ship on next possible shipping day), if there will be a delay I will let you know. I always try to ship with confirmation so I will email you with the tracking number as soon as I have it. There are some locations that you cannot add shipping confirmation and in those cases I will be unable to give you tracking numbers.

My goal is to have 100% successful transactions every time and I will do what I need to do to keep my customers happy and hopefully coming back for more.  I want to be notified of any problems and love to hear from you when you are happy too.
