Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Papa Kofi Frimpong Baffour-Awuah. Yes it's a mouthful, and as you can imagine I really hate filing out forms! You can call me Papa for short; I prefer it. I was born and raised in Ghana (West Africa for those of you whose geography is as rusty as mine). I spent my high school years in SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International, Tema (www.soshgic.edu.gh) and my college years in Whittier College, CA (www.whittier.edu). In college I was in the choir (and boy were we good!) and on one of our tours we went to Hawaii for a week...and that was the best week of my life to date! Everyone needs to visit Oahu at some point in their life...really! I was also a Resident Advisor, a member of a fraternal organization (The Lancer Society), the President of the African Appreciation Club (AKWAABA) and the assistant to the anthropology department...I think I did a little too much!!!
After graduation from college, I moved to Jersey City, NJ and now I work in NYC on 34th and 10th! Talk about being all over the place huh?
