BagAlley was born 7 years ago with 6 members who are fellow bag lovers and collectors with too many designer accessories for our own good. We started selling what we've bought and never used over the years to clear our overflowing closets and to raise funds so we can shop some more.
All our items are verified authentic before listing, please, no need to ask again as we've proven ourselves the last 7 years. Our clients offer their authentic designer bags and accessories from Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. We love serving our customers and thank everyone for the support you have given us over the years.

Now for the small print....
Item Description
We provide all necessary details in our auctions to allow for informed buying decisions. Nearly all our items were purchased at full retail prices by our shoppaholic clients at their favourite designer stores (and then stored in closets and forgotten).
Some of our items however are Sale items. These are always declared in our auctions with detailed close-up photos to show where the sale stamps or tags are (if available). We don't believe Sale items in anyway take away the beauty, workmanship and inherent value of our authentic designer goods as long as they are not damaged in anyway. We state items as Sale items in the interest of full disclosure. All our auction items are not sale items unless otherwise stated.
Unwelcome Bids
We reserve the right to cancel any unwelcome bids in our auctions. We also reserve the right to declare a transaction null and void if the Buyer does not fulfil our Buyer requirements (if in doubt, always ask first before buying/bidding).
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to logistical/customs/safety issues, we do not ship some of our items to certain countries. We will not ship to Indonesia, India and Africa unless you are willing to pay for EMS Speedpost or FedEx which provides for detailed delivery status online. We also do not entertain Singapore buyers if they expect meetups, pickups or personal deliveries free of charge. Please understand the differences between online stores versus brick-and-mortar retail stores. Do read our auctions to confirm we ship to your location. If in doubt, please ask.
Returns
We make no provisions for Buyer's Remorse, so all sales are final. No Exchanges. No Returns. No Refunds. We do our best to describe our items accurately but as a Buyer it is your responsibility to ask ALL questions BEFORE buying, not AFTER. Our auctions include all the information you need to make an informed buying decision. We fulfill our responsibility in describing items honestly, show detailed photos and flaws are always mentioned so you know exactly what you are buying. We do make exceptions for very special circumstances and in such cases, refunds can be made if Buyer pays a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping
Shipping is via Singapore Post.
Processing time AFTER your payment is 5 business days.
Shipping occurs ASAP after Processing. We will email you upon shipping to inform you of shipping details. All Shipping and Payment Terms are stated in all our auctions so make sure you read them before buying to avoid any misunderstandings. Our items ship from Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA - thanks to our international clients who wish to find good homes for their authentic designer items.
Please understand that international shipping to your country will take longer than domestic shipping. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE NUMBER OF SHIPPING DAYS - THIS IS THE POST OFFICE'S JOB, NOT OURS. If you need your item in a hurry, email us before buying and we'll arrange for EMS Speedpost at cost to you (usually 2-3 business days to reach any worldwide destination but will cost more).
Handling Fees
We do not charge any handling and packing fees. As such, we often recycle our packing materials, e.g. shipping boxes and envelopes. We highly encourage investing in authentic designer items but we don't believe in contributing to more environmental waste just so your item will arrive in a brand new shipping box or bubble envelope which you'll probably throw away immediately anyway. If this bothers you, then go hug some trees.
What you can be sure of is - we pack very carefully and in 7 years of selling on eBay, we've never had a damaged item arrive on our Buyers' door (knock on wood).

We return all Positive Feedback within 24 hours.
