Hi there!!! Im going to try and keep this brief so that your not hitting the back button in the middle of it!!!

My name is Renee and I currently live in Toronto, Ontario Canada - my Ebay name Bajan_Mauby came about by incorporating my ethnicity in order to stand out from the rest!!!

Bajan(which is the slang terminology to call people of my island Barbados) and mauby is a refreshing caribbean drink - hence the name Bajan_Mauby.

I like most sellers started out as a "watcher" on Ebay, then dabbled in buying until it become excessive(lol) and then decided "hey" i have more then enough items in my closet that i never wore that i can sell....and from then the selling started.

WHAT I SELL

I specialise at the moment in MAC cosmetics; if there is something that you do not see and are interested in then drop me an email and ill see if i can get it for you;  i also sell other cosmetics, clothes and any other knick knacks that i can get my hands on.

SHIPPING

I would like to think that i am a very fair seller therefore the majority of my transactions are usually hassle free. I generally mail out items within 48 hours of payment unless notified otherwise.  I ship Monday - Friday.

Because i am shipping from canada; it will take a little longer to receive an item from here then something that is being shipped state to state.  That usually happens because in most cases items do have to pass through US customs(if going to the US) and the delay really in truly is based upon what security alert the US happens to be on at that time.

Im very easy to get along with so i do welcome questions, inquiries, and comments; i do ask however that you wait at least 12 business days before emailing me to ask where your package is as this is normal timing(sometimes sooner sometimes longer; again based on many factors - security alerts; holidays;weather conditions etc).

Normally it will take anywhere between 7 - 14 business days from Toronto, Ontario depending on what state the item is going to - but recently there seems to be a slight delay and could take anywhere up to 30 days which is something that i cannot control.  Please dont let that scare you away from bidding on any of my auctions I am just trying to be honest - plus i have no control over the postal systems in any countries!!!.  Please feel free to email me with any shipping questions in regards to any of my items.

I do offer many different shipping options - most small items will go by lettermail, International items will ALWAYS go by airmail as opposed to surface as some destinations can take up to 3 months for items to arrive - items shipped by surface mail are placed into a container and only shipped out when that container is full and the method of transportation is by boat.....so you can see where im coming from.  So if you need that specific item or items by a certain date please let me know BEFORE you pay - there are many different shipping methods that in most cases will get your item(s) to you quicker and most of those methods provide delivery confirmation.

 SHIPPING COSTS

I get a few comments on shipping costs from time to time and I would like to take the time to address them.  As stated above most small items go by lettermail which allows me to pass on cheap shipping to my buyers...however "shipping" does not only mean the acutal price of the stamp.  Shipping supplies, gas, and time are also factored in.  So please understand that i do sell on Ebay not only for enjoyment but to make a profit as well or it would not be worth it.

I also offer faster shipping methods/delivery confirmation/registered mail etc... - please enquire within before paying and ill be happy to quote you. 

COMBINED SHIPPING

I certaintly encourage multiple purchases - remember "the more you buy the more you save"!!!  Combined shipping will always depend on what items are in question as shipping prices are also based on weight - again just ask a question and ill be more the willing to quote a combined shipping price. You will pay regular price for the highest priced shipping and then i will start discounting after that.  Just a quick note: "COMBINED SHIPPING" does not mean that all items after the first one are shipped for free!!!

FINALLY...

I strongly beleive in great customer service/satisfaction as i would expect from any other seller on Ebay; therefore i pride myself on good communication skills, great feedback and overall passing on my findings to others at prices that are like no other and/or things that are hard to find.  I also like giving "freebies" whether that be in the form of shipping costs or actual items given out - good rapport with my customers almost always guarantees repeat business - so thanks for not hitting the back button and reading my ME PAGE!!!!
