We started off as a distributor. We mass imported Asian novelties from China and wholesale to Southern California shops. Less than a year into the distribution business, we encountered a big problem when a large supermarket chain broke verbal contract and stopped ordering from us. That forced us to sell online. Now thinking back, we should really thank the supermarket that broke the contract. Our business took off so quickly online. We never looked back. 

Another problem quickly emerged as our online business took off. The quality of those mass imported products was not up to par. There were way too many customers complaining about the products and returning them. That forced us to custom make our products using our own quality standard. It really paid off. We now only carry products that are custom made with superior quality. We can tell how we are doing by counting repeating customers. We can proudly tell you that the number is very high.

Not only our products are highest in quality, our price is also among the lowest. We cut overhead cost as much as possible by streamlining our business operation. We do not have fancy offices. We only make business trips that are absolutely necessary. We fly economy on our business trips. We know that every penny counts for our customers.
