We are always happy to
combine multiple items during a 7 day combining period to save you
money. We only charge a $1 fee per additional item which covers shipment
and handling fee.
FedEx shipments are
insured up to a value of $100 (please note that Registered Mail
shipments are not insured), additional insurance for any higher amount
can be requested from us at a flat rate of $15 per parcel (viable for
Registered Mail shipments as well). We strongly recommend FedEx
shipments for orders over $200 |

Return
Policy |

If you are
not fully satisfied with our product you may return it within 7 days
for a full refund. Please note that the S&H charges are not
refundable and that a 10% restocking fee will be charged. All
returned items must have a RMA (Return Authorization Number) which
can be obtained by contacting
bangkokjewel@gmail.com.
Damaged goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the
sender. |

Bangkok Jewel is aware, there is no import fee to the US for loose
gemstones. We can however not guarantee that you will not be charged
custom fees. Please note that any potential custom fees are your
