All sales are final except for defective and incorrectly advertised items. If an item is defective when received we ask that you have the item serviced under manufacturer's warranty. If a manufacturer's warranty is not available, contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or incorrectly advertised item. We will correct the problem or offer a refund at our descretion. Buyer pays return shipping. International shipping costs are not refundable.

All sales are final except for incorrectly advertised items.  For incorrectly advertised items we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the item.  We will correct the problem or offer a refund at our discretion.  If returning the item is required we will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning.  All returns must be received within 14 days after the return is authorized.  Returns must be complete with all packaging and accessories.  Incomplete packages are subject to a restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer pays return shipping.

Service for defective items is by the advertised warranty provider only.  If no warranty provider listed in auction description, please contact the manufacturer for warranty details.
