Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Please contact us in advance at sales@bargain-camera.com to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return the item within 30 days of the date of sale. Returns received with no RMA may be refused. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
NOTE: Customer assumes all return shipping costs, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer if return is due to defect. Returns for exchange require shipping charges to be paid by customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned for refunds must be packaged appropriately and received in new, resellable condition. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, customer will be responsible. Additional fees may be incurred. The cost of repair for damaged or used items may be subtracted from refund total. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@bargain-camera.com.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?
- Order are usually shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, standard transit time can be up to 7 business days for US orders and up to 10 business days for international orders.
Do you ship Internationally?
- Yes. The best method of shipping is by postal mail. Global Express Mail is 3 to 5 business days and Airmail is 4 to 10 business days. This does not include any extra time the item may take clearing customs. Also, please note that importing merchandise into your country may incur taxes or other fees. Please check with the customs authorities in your area for additional information.
Is online ordering secure?
- Yes. PayPal is our preferred method of payment for eBay transactions. They use highly secure servers to process credit card information.
