Once the package leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for it.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT: If you have paid to insure the item, we will file a claim with the carrier. Claims can ONLY be filed 30 DAYS after shipping, so please be patient, and the claim will be filed. LAY-AWAY: We offer a very flexible layaway plan for items $200.00 or more, with a minimum of 20% down payment at the close of the auction. You have six months to pay off the balance.
