Below is some useful information about how we work, from such things as our contact details to our delivery timesbut first here is a little bit about us.

We are a LTD company located in South Yorkshire. Our main aim is to supply memory cards, usb flash pen drives, bluetooth headsets, ps2 memory cards and other digital based products at competitive prices without compromising quality. All products are shipped from our distribution center in South Yorkshire and are fully guaranteed.

We are always here if a customer requires support.

Credit Card Payments
We accept payments from all major credit / debit cards. If you would prefer to pay us with your credit card, please contact us during normal office hours on 01302 638067

Shipping Instructions
To minimize the risk of charge backs, we will only ship to the customers billing address. If you feel that you have a legitimate reason for the item to be shipped to an alternative address, please contact us.

We use Royal Mail as our standard courier and all items are sent First Class. Orders placed and paid for prior to 3PM are dispatched the same working day, of which 99% arrive with our customers the next working day.

The standard delivery times for First Class mail according to Royal Mail are: Between 1 - 2 Working days for the UK (includes Northern Ireland) and 3 - 5 working days for overseas (includes Southern Ireland).

Packaging
All orders are dispatched in new protected padded mailing envelopes accompanied with a prepaid postage stamp and address label.

In the event that the item purchased is large, we will substitute the padded envelope for a packing box which may be of a recycled nature.

Second Chance Offers
On our no reserve auction listings we often have more than one of a certain product for sale so bidders please bid with confidence and if your bid is high enough we will send you a second chance offer at the end of the auction.

This means that you can buy the product at your highest bid even though you may not have won the auction.

The Buying Process

• You send payment to us
• Once payment has cleared, we dispatch the items to you
• Finally, we exchange feedback once your happy with your purchase

Terms & Conditions
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us and we will always do our best to try and rectify any issues that you may have. Items which are faulty or damaged can be returned within seven days of the date of purchase after an RMA number has been issued.

When purchasing memory Cards for Mobile Phones, Digital Cameras etc, please ensure that your device is capable of accepting the size of card you have ordered. This information can usually be obtained form either the user manual or the manufacturers website. We are unable to offer a refund if the card has been removed from its original packaging.
