We don't sell just any product because it's popular or makes us lots of money. First Bill researches every product that is sold in our store. Once Bill decides it meet's our main priorities he gives it to Sam and Drew to try it out. Now granted, we are dogs so there is not much we do not like but it was pretty tough to get past Bill so if we like it Bill gives it to a few of his local customers so they can try it with there dogs and customers. We have a groomer and trainer who also give their approval of many of the products that are sold in our store.

I do travel quite a bit for my day job but I do check my email and messages. I work for a mjor airline in Arizona and can be out of town for 3-4 days at a time. I ship orders within 24 hours of payment on the days I am in town. USPS get dropped at the PO any day of the week. Fed-Ex goes out M-F and if you order some of the larger quantities it might get drop shipped straight from the manufacturer UPS M-F.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT-

We only charge $2.00 for each additional item!  It is easy to calculate your shipping costs.  Just take the HIGHEST First Item amount then add $2.00 for each additional item!

SHIPPING ?

We want you to get your order really fast. We normally ships orders within 4 days (24 hours if possible) after we receive your payment. We ship packages under 2 pounds via US Mail unless it all fits in a flat rate box. If we can put in all in a flat rate box we will and our item pricing is based on my items shipping that way. Over 2 pounds we ship them via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground or Home.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

We only ship to the United States and Canada through our eBay Store.

Canada imposes their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover these costs. PLEASE do not ask us to falsify any information on the customs form, my job depends on me being able to travel out of the country and I wont jepordize it to make a couple of bucksl. If a mistake is made on a Canadian order it will be remedied with a refund. Re-shipments will be at the buyer's expense. Insurance is not included in our shipping and handling charges, please contact us for additional charges if you would like us to insure your package. Please make sure that the items you are purchasing are allowed to be shipped into your country (especially food items). We are not responsible for packages that Customs seizes. Unfortunately, we can not track your package once we take it to the post office; therefore, the package is your responsibility once we take it to the post office.

"NO SHIP" DATES -

Currently, Bill is the only one shipping packages. Please note sometimes Bill is out of town and shipping may be delayed. Here are the dates that we know we will not be shipping:

GUARANTEE - RETURN POLICY

All of the non-edible items we sell are new unless described differently; however, we do not manufacture them. Therefore we can not personally guarantee how they will stand up to your dog s chewing style or play habits. However, several of our manufactures do have guarantees and we will give you the information on how to receive a replacement or refund, if they offer one.

Edible items. If the manufacturer has a return policy we ask that you return the item to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not have a policy we offer a money back policy and it is described in each listing. If we forget to put it in the listing her it is. If the manufacturer does not have a return policy you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your money less Shipping and Handling witnin 2 weeks of recieving our product back in New Re-saleable condition. Contact us for information on where to return the item. You should ship the package so it can be tracked and we suggest insuring it because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

For food items not covered by the manufacturer return any unused portion within reason. We will refund your money less S&H within 14 days. If you used PayPal or a Credit Card we will refund quicker.

QUALITY NEW PRODUCT -

All items in our store are approved by us - Bill, Drew and Sam; however, you will get a fresh new toy or item. (We promise not to slobber on yours.) Because we do not make these items, we only approve them. PLEASE watch your dog with their new toys to make sure they are safe for them!


PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT COMES -

Make sure you got what you ordered! If there are any problems lets us know so we can fix them. If your package is lost or stolen or damaged and it was insured we can file a claim and will refund your money as fast as the claim is paid. The sooner we now the faster things will happen.

We accept checks (payable to Bark University, Inc or Bills Dogs), money orders, PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa, AMEX and Discover. SALES TAX:

If your package ships to an Arizona location your total will include 7.8% state sales tax.
